Expensive Sofa, Failed Electronics
I’m incredibly disappointed with my purchase. For an expensive sofa, the quality of the reclining components is unacceptable.
Month 1: The first electric recliner failed completely and stopped responding to inputs.
Month 2: The second recliner engaged on its own, stuck in the fully upright/extended position, and is now also unresponsive.
I am left with one seat that doesn't work and another that is stuck in a permanent, awkward recline with no way to reset it. While the material and "feel" of the sofa are nice, the mechanical failure makes it a poor investment.
Bottom line: Avoid the power reclining models from this company.
Edit:
Customer service was contacted about the defective product to get it resolved under warranty.
This review is purely on the quality of the item. Failing components after only 1 month of use, cannot under any circumstances be considered "quality" even if I by pure chance got a lemon, as expected with big companies.

Unfortunately with such a huge company there is always a chance that a product does not meet the requirements.
You have warranty on your product and if you don't communicate this with our customer services then we do not know this problem exists and we cannot fix it for you.
Please inform our customer services of this instead of putting it in a review and thus offering us a chance to fix your issue.
