Beautiful collection and very friendly staff. We bought a set of dining chairs, we got a very nice deal. We have searched many stores for the choice that we want, but couldn't find them, glad that ee found the right item here. Product quality looks great for the price. We got help from Joel. Definitely recommend the store.

Very untrusty salespeople
Very untrusty salespeople, don't keep their promises, the servicedesk was not helpfull at all and the delivery were rude and initially did not even picked up the packaging material although we paid for that. The guy that fixed the damages was kind so therefore 2 instead of 1 stars

False promise of fast delivery
Feel cheated with false promise of fast delivery in 8 weeks. The salesman promised that the sofa will be delivered in 8-10 weeks but mentioned 22 weeks in the purchase order. Now calling customer care ends up with rude lady saying they don’t care what the salesman told me. It’s written 22 weeks so not to follow with them before that. I feel cheated for now as I had an urgent need of sofa and would not have bought even I realized such slow process. But I have to wait now as cancellations will be even more expensive. I hope at least my marathon wait will end up in good results. But so far my review remains at lowest because of the false promises just make a sale.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
bought a sofa in jan 2022, arrived in june. They told us it would take only 8-12 weeks, in reality it was 20 weeks.
Payed for protection layer, it does not work. Everything soaks in, it remains stained. They came to clean it already twice in 6 months, terrible service.
Yesterday one of the beams collapse, I already know it will take forever to even speak to customer service and they will not solve my problem. SIMPLY TERRIBLE SERVICE, 2300 euros in the trash... very disappointed
