Lied about delivery time
We bought a couch in May, and it was informed that would take 8 to 12 weeks to deliver. First time I contacted to ask about it, they said 12 to 16 weeks. It’s beens 17 weeks now and still no couch. And now when I contacted them AGAIN, they said 39 weeks !!!!! It’s a full pregnancy to have a couch! Completely absurd!
Don’t buy in this store, they are irresponsible, don’t comply with what was agreed and don’t even give you an explanation of why is taking so long. Terrible customer support!

Good selection and price/quality
We have had two good buying experiences from Woonsquare. Their selection of couches and chairs in a reasonable price range is better than most in the area, and the salespeople were friendly and accommodating.

Worst service ever!!!
Worst service ever!!!! The sales person lied that we would have our sofa delivered in April. We called them to find out where is the sofa and was advised it would be delivered in May. We bought and paid for this sofa in February. They didn't even bother to call to say it will be delayed. Please do not buy from them, they lie to make a quick sale.
3 weeks late, still no sofa
Do not order from this retailer, especially in Eindhoven. We ordered our sofa in February and the salesperson said we will have it delivered in April. To date, we do not have the sofa. He lied to make a sale. We called to cancel the order but was advised we need to pay €1000 and the €500 is not refundable. Why should we pay €1500 for a sofa we have not received. Absolutely terrible service.
Pricing is misleading
You see an advertisement of, for example, a sofa with the price next to it. If you are going to inquire, that is not the price that belongs to the photo or the sofa in the showroom. Turns out the sofa fabric shown is a much more expensive category. So a displayed price of € 1000, for example, will ultimately be 400 euros more expensive. This is misleading I think.

Sadly, promises made with store manager and staff in Eindhoven were not kept when driver came to deliver beds, sofas and dining sets, which they said earlier that they will setup also, as part of the deal that we struck with them. They asked to talk to their corporate office where also the same thing, When we asked to cancel delivery as promises made has not been delivered, they were saying that they will deduct half the money. I don’t trust them anymore and not going to do business again. My suggestion: read the order document extremely carefully which is in Dutch, else you’ll be having nightmarish experiences with them. There are many other nice stores nearby where you can also go. We made a mistake, hope you’ll not make one.
