I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Woonsqere, a furniture store that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Regrettably, I can only award them one star due to their abysmal communication and numerous issues throughout the process.

To begin with, the most frustrating aspect was the extensive delay in receiving our furniture. We had initially expected a reasonable delivery timeframe, but were left waiting for an additional six weeks. This unexpected delay caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration on our part.

Furthermore, the lack of comprehensive information regarding payment methods was highly disappointing. This lack of transparency and failure to inform us about the payment process was both unprofessional and frustrating.

The delivery service provided by Woonsqere was equally disappointing. Not only were they unable to fulfill their commitment, but their failure to deliver resulted in additional costs for us. The central management of the store showed no willingness to accommodate our situation and merely advised us to leave a negative review on Google. In response to their suggestion, we are now sharing our negative experience through this review.

It is disheartening to give Woonsqere only one star, especially considering the initially pleasant sales conversation we had. However, the subsequent series of disappointments, including the poor communication, prolonged delay, and unhelpful customer service, cannot be overlooked. I hope the management of Woonsqere takes this review as an opportunity for reflection and improvement.
