We recently purchased a bank from Woonsquare Oosterhout, and I must say the staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. Their service in-store was a pleasure.

Unfortunately, our experience with Woonsquare's customer service and planning department has been deeply disappointing. Although the bank we selected was listed as available for immediate pickup, weeks have passed without any delivery. We've made multiple attempts to arrange the delivery by phone, but each time we speak to a different representative who promises a callback—none of which ever materialize.

It's frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of follow-through, especially after such a positive experience at the store itself. We hope Woonsquare takes steps to improve their service coordination and customer care.
