Rather satisfied with Wooopcase products.
I decided to test Roshield's competition, and that suits me.
It is rather nice for printing, the rendering is very good on the customizable shells and the various patterns.
In case of shock it resists quite well.
Just small point, be careful after a few months of use I had a problem with the glue used to fix the metal to the silicone shell, it stands out, the only negative point that customer service hastened to resolve by responding quickly at my request.

After two orders I can recommend Woopcase. First order was received quickly and according to expectations. Never received the case, minimal contact from the sellers
I ordered the item 35 days ago, I received no tracking number, and it still hasn't arrived. It seems like many other people have had the same issue. I contacted them via their contact form, but received no confirmation that they had received the the message. Two days later, I got an automated response saying I should expect delivery to take 20 days. I no longer want the case, but looking at other reviews, I'm unlikely to get a refund
UPDATE: They eventually got back to me, and said they would resend. That was 18 days ago and I still haven't received...
UPDATE: A few days after my last update, they did refund my money

This is disappointing experience!
I have purchased TWO iphone 16 pro max casing on 30 Oct and has yet to receive them. I have been emailing to ask for updates. Initially I received replies but now there are no responses at all!
The last email was to inform me that the items may have lost in post office and needed to start an investigation. Today is 19 Nov and there's still NO email responses since 16 Nov. I have also requested for a refund but I was told unable to cancel my order.
Since my items (costs 50USD) has already been identified lost and I don't wish to wait for the new items, why am I unable to seek for refund?
This is totally unacceptable!
