After 8 years the boiler stopped working, an independent engineer said a new boiler was required, I contacted Worcester as it was under a 10year guarantee, they came the next day and exchanged the whole heater element and left it working perfectly. This was all done for no charge. If you ever need a new boiler its definitely worth paying a little more to get a fantastic 10 year free warranty.
