Great success and reliability

A lot of appreciation for what the team at Wordseed have been able to achieve for us. One stop shop for multiple publishers, essentially allowing us to have a reliable channel with high quality traffic - not every day that turns out to be the case in the current climate!

LESTRANGE: Wordseed has been our best channel for…

Wordseed has been our best channel for quite some time now. They have a host of publishers who fit our audience perfectly and deliver high quality traffic that converts. In a world where acquisition costs are on the rise, it’s useful to a reliable partner

We've been working with WordSeed for…

We've been working with WordSeed for over 12 months and we're delighted with the results. They've consistently secured great editorial features for OMNES (Daily Mail and Metro last week) and paying for traffic makes it really manageable and transparent. Highly recommended.

Wordseed has proven to be the worst PR service in the industry

I recently concluded a three-month engagement with Wordseed, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my insights to warn other businesses considering their services.

Throughout our partnership, communication was virtually nonexistent. Despite our expectations for collaborative planning, there was no interest in scheduling calls to discuss our product launch or even providing support during our Black Friday sale. The only correspondence we received was a request for payment, creating a disheartening lack of engagement.

Moreover, the platform-centric approach, urging us to input information without tailored guidance, left us feeling neglected and unsupported. It became evident that Wordseed did not prioritize understanding our goals or contributing meaningfully to our promotional efforts.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the lackluster results relative to the substantial monthly fee of GBP 2000. Over the three months, we observed only around 3000 clicks to our website, raising serious doubts about the value for money.

Attempting to terminate our agreement added another layer of frustration as Wordseed insisted on payment for an additional month. This further highlighted their lack of flexibility and understanding of client concerns.

In summary, Wordseed has proven to be the worst PR service in the industry, and I strongly advise caution to any company considering their services. The minimal communication, lack of support during critical events, and questionable value for the investment make it an experience I wouldn't wish on any business.

I hope sharing my experience helps others make more informed decisions when choosing a PR service.

Hi Benjamin,

You failed to pay your invoices so we terminated your account. You then continued to request services from us long after we notified you of the termination.

Stay Away!

SCAM! Their program looks all polished and shiny but they’ll bleed you dry without any results. We offered products for them to push to their publishers but instead they chose a product on our website we didn’t offer them that was on a closeout price with very few pieces left. The inventory sold out immediately and we were then charged for thousands of dollars in clicks to a sold out product despite us telling them immediately that they published a product we didn’t offer them. We continued to attempt to contact them daily to stop the marketing but apparently our rep was no longer with their company and the emails were not going through to anyone. Their click through rates are more than suspicious without working conversion tracking that they promised to help set up which we informed them of several times before they ran any published material. We couldn't fight with our credit card since they claim they provided the service we were being charged for despite having in their terms that you can cancel the ad - but that would mean that they actually read your email requesting to cancel and follow your directive. There are much more honest and cost-efficient methods of advertising and I would not recommend this service at all.

Dear Statgear,

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

Regarding the product promotion you mentioned, our goal is to achieve successful outcomes for advertisers, and the choice of the closeout product was based on its potential appeal and relevance to our publishers. We are pleased to hear that the product’s rapid sell-out demonstrates the effectiveness of the campaign.

In terms of conversion tracking, while it’s certainly a critical component of any campaign, it’s important to note that conversion tracking is set up on your Google Analytics. As such, it’s not something we have any input on and therefore cannot be held accountable for it working correctly or not.

I can see from our email records that the departure of your account representative had no real impact on the service level in this instance. Your emails were replied to in good time and you continued to use our service long after the incident you allege, further demonstrating that you did see value in it.

This review appears to be part of an ongoing effort to harm our business, involving not only inaccurate reviews on other platforms, but also chargebacks initiated with your card issuer. The thorough investigation conducted by your card issuer resulted in the chargeback dispute being resolved in our favour, serving as indisputable evidence that the content within your review lacks credibility.

Regards,

WordSeed
