We ordered a hazardous storage cupboard which arrived palletised and fully shrink wrapped. Once unpacked, the unit was clearly damaged. The damage was concealed and could not have been identified at the point of delivery.

The issue was reported immediately with clear photographic evidence. Despite this, we were told that because the pallet had been signed for, no replacement would be provided. We were advised that goods must be fully unpacked and checked before signing a POD, which is not commercially realistic for standard B2B pallet deliveries.

Instead of arranging collection and replacement for a product that arrived unusable, a partial goodwill credit was offered.

The matter was escalated and, to date, remains unresolved.

Very disappointing handling of a straightforward concealed damage claim.

Although I received a confirmatory Email from Workplace Products on 20/09/2025. To date - 20/10/25 - the item hasn't arrived.
Thankfully the item I ordered, a "Dellonda Hot Tub/Spa Filter Cartridge", wasn't too expensive, at £33.52 (inc P&P), but you can bet I won't be ordering anything from here in future. Once bitten, twice shy.

Delivery was prompt to my sheltered housing. They left the large ramp in communal hallway instead of delivering to door. Most residents not very mobile. I am disabled. It was a wheelchair ramp but they charged vat. It wasn't suitable and now I have to pay postage to return.

Terrible service - requested to exchange an item for a more expensive item (I am happy to pay the cost for returning the item) but they want a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee in this day and age?????? Ridiculous.
Whatever happened to customer service. Will NOT use this company again.

Ordered incorrectly, picture looked like the lockers had 3 doors, when in fact they only had one. Tried to swap these, but apparently the manufacturer doesn't accept returns.
Won't use them again.

Started off really helpful
Then delivery didnt happen when they said it would
Then the product arrived outwith the time frame promised
The product was wrong compared to the orginial product and are now demanding that i pay half of the cost to correct my order.

Dreadful, after taking my payment they sent me an email stating I would have to pay another £25 if I wanted my item delivered.
Had to lodge a complaint with PayPal in order to get my money back.
No response to my emails.
Avoid this company.

We purchased from this supplier due to the reasonable lead time but still waiting on product weeks after expected delivery date.

Unfortunately not impressed with the customer service as no progress has been made after many conversations about the issue. We understand this may be a courier issue but third party suppliers are also the responsibility of the vendor on a B2C transaction.

Will not use again.

They have not refunded me as promised!

Do not deal with this company. We purchased a smoking shelter from them and paid upon purchase (via PayPal) in Feb. We have twice been approached by David Shakespeare. First time threatening legal action for non payment and second time to confirm legal action is being taken. We provided proof of payment on the first occasion and had now response.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Excellent Company , I have been using Workplace Products for few years and they always deliver A* service, Their sale Team and especially Jenny is super helpful and nice.

They took 30 days for delivery, sent it via a courier to Dublin without advising us who that person was and the transport company then advises they cannot deliver to the 1st-2nd floor, only to the door.

To say that Work Place products provides dreadful service is an understatement. I won'y be ordering anything for the office from them again.

We had to install a Flammable Cabinet for insurance purposes, I ordered this product with the understanding that it would be with us within 10 days, that time had passed and i called for an update on the delivery, so far i have not been given an accurate delivery date, they keep pushing the time back, and saying it has been dispatched, when it obviously hasn't. I can't say that I will ever be using this company again, I have had nothing but grief. I have now given them a deadline and if they do not meet it I will be cancelling this order and demanding a full refund. I understand that this cabinet had to be made to order, but don't give out a specific date and then change it without notice to the customer.
