PPP (Wee Poor Promises) from this retailer
they promise to dispatch the goods that you have to pay for upfront, they deliver a week late and even then they delivered a couple of days after they said that they were sending the goods out... blamed the courier for not delivering, had my car tie the garages ramp up for two days because we were promised the goods were going to be there, meanwhile they didn't deliver the goods that were already late and the car had to be used with half of a job done on it the week before when only half of the goods turned up whilst they decided to send the rest of the goods out... i lost 2 days of travelling and charged for tying the ramp up for 2 days and they're attitude is that its not their fault they didn't deliver the goods for 3 days after they had said they had it, the actual delivery turned up at 4:50pm about 10 minutes before the garage closed for the day despite their delays and costs they are not interested in what they cost the individuals only how much money they can charge and profit made.
