World Cast TV — took my money, broke the service, promised a refund, then vanished

Paid $239 in November 2025 for a 2-year IPTV subscription across 3 devices from World Cast TV (worldcast.global, WhatsApp: +91 701 255 0821). From day one, the service never worked properly — persistent login failures, buffering, and missing content across all 3 TVs. We were never able to watch a single programme without issues. After months of failed troubleshooting and broken promises, I requested a cancellation and full refund in March 2026, just 4 months in. Was stalled for another 2 months. In May 2026, a team member named Tissy confirmed a full refund in writing via WhatsApp within 10 working days. Refund never arrived. They then went completely silent — no responses, no calls answered. My subscription is still active and paid, but they are now refusing to provide any support or make the service work. All 3 TVs non-functional. Money taken, service never delivered, refund promised and not honoured. Avoid.
