I’m very disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to open a WorldFirst account for my online business to handle multiple currencies. I uploaded all the required documents, but they keep asking for face verification. The app shows the verification as successful, but it never actually goes through. There’s no customer support to resolve this — overall, a very frustrating experience.

World First is the worst bank account. I transferred 1000 pounds from a third party account six days ago. It has not been credited to my account nor has the account been funded. I had borrowed the funds from the account I sent the funds from for my mother. But these people have been holding my funds for six days. I will wait a few more days. If these people do not resolve my issue, I will appeal to their Financial Department of the UK and will file a case against them for 1 million pounds as damages. This is a very bad bank.And the staff of World First Bank are extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been trying to contact them for a long time. They are just wasting my time. Meanwhile, my mother's health is very bad. It has been more than six days now. None of them respond, neither on email nor on their mobile. We receive contact and some do, but these shameless people are so many that they neither talk to us nor return my money.There can be no worse bank than this. If a client of yours mistakenly sends money to your account, these people reject and fill the payment by naming it a third party. After that, they keep this payment with them for six to 10 days. Whether one of your men dies or lives, it doesn't matter to them. They only care about your money and they just take money from you and disappear.

The Worst Bank Ever!
WorldFirst blocked my account without any explanation, no notification, and no email. I only discovered it when I couldn’t access my money.
They told me they would refund my funds, but it’s been over a week and still nothing. No updates, no answers, and their customer service is completely useless — they just repeat the same things without solving anything.
This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Be very careful before trusting them with your money!

Recently I Applied for business bank on LTD And they declined our application i am UK citizen and still without any explanation they rejected my application. I saw in post so many non resident and people from all over the world getting approved i emailed them again but they said they can not do anything.

We had on going payment failures from Amazon marketplace spanning several weeks that were due to some technical issue either at Amazon or their intermediary bank.
Cobi was really helpful in identifying that the problem was upstream in the transaction and he knew exactly what technical documents to request from Amazon to prove the same.
Amazon eventually took responsibility and fixed the issue which was having a significant impact on my business.
I have been a customer of Worldfirst since 2018 and the main reason is because of the quality support that you don't get with other providers.

Never trust this company with your money when i first opened the account they froze 6k in sales for weeks i had to refund the company only to find out they returned the funds so lost money there so after a few months i tried the company again and now last 3k and theve have locked my account so i cant sign in they saying account under review its been like this for 4 weeks ive had to refund the company and now im gonna loose more money just be AWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY thanks for the reply world first but complaints is handling this and also if not satified worldfirst will be going to court as a breach of tbe credit act
