It took several months to fill my order. The company did reach out with shipping information but delay was long and information not always accurate . The product is very nice and price very good. I appreciated the effort but was surprised at the time it took to get the ring

Just not the beautiful workmanship , But the time frame was on time and I'm happy with cost & everything ALEN DID FOR ME AS WELL .

For those of you considering purchasing a piece of jewelry from World Jewelers understand that you will receive a high quality product. However, based on their success, deliveries may take over a month. If you are looking to buy someone special a holiday gift, place your order as soon as possible. World Jewelers customer service is excellent. They will do their best to meet your drop dead date. Sometimes there are downsides to success. I highly recommend World Jewelers!

My item was not delivered until two weeks after it was promised. I got the run around from the company and never received phone calls as promised. A discount was not applied as promised. Very poor customer service!!!!

The wait time was horrible! But the ring was absolutely beautiful once we received it. Good and fast communication via email.

The ring looks and feel very cheap. I've been waiting on a return label since 11/03/25. Today is 11/07/25 and I still haven't received an email with the label.

Very nice ring and great quality. It took a while to get but they stayed in communication with me the whole time.

What made my experience great was that Alan who actually helped me with the process made it smooth and easy. He was very polite and helpful. Gave me a ton of suggestions. The ring was wonderful. It was beyond what I expected and for that I just wanna tell him thank you. You have made my special day even more special with this ring.

This is the absolute worst company to try to buy anything from. My fiancé ordered his wedding band four weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. We have called every week and each time we get promised a new delivery date. We have had to postpone our wedding because of this company’s lack of care. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I picked this place for my fiance's ring because it was small business, had decent reviews about the products, and had exactly what I was looking for. I should have listened to the one-star reviews .... my order was placed on 8/9 for two-day shipping ... it is now 9/18 and I have yet to receive ANYTHING! I've reached out multiple times, and though I've gotten quick responses through email, they keep making broken promises about "next week" or "Monday 9/15." I'm irritated and completely over this. I ended up asking for them to cancel my order altogether and give me my money back as my trust is already out the window and if I need any alterations done I can't trust that they'd handle it.. considering their generic responses that almost sound robotic. RUN AWAAAAAAYYY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

UPDATE: As I've been extremely irritated about the service, I eventually requested to cancel my order and they responded to me saying their manager will be contacting me the same day I sent my cancellation request, but I never received a call and then the next day a shipping label was created. They updated my shipping to priority overnight at no cost to me, but the shipping label was created on 9/22 and my package was expected for delivery on 9/23. It's now 9/26 and STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!!
I'm completely unsatisfied with this experience because of allllll the broken promises made, and what now irritates me EVEN MORE is that the very next day after I told them to just cancel my order, THE VERY NEXT DAY, they went ahead and created a shipping label to send it out. AND I STILLLLLL DONT HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! This literally is interfering with my life and postponing a marriage that we want to happen ASAP. I should be refunded for the biggest inconvenience in my life caused by this company. (if it's even real because at this point I feel like I got scammed)

2ND UPDATE: I got a phone call from Allen and he was very apologetic about my experience and made everything right for me. He told me the ring will be delivered tomorrow and I finally got my ring delivered this morning. The ring is gorgeous and I am pretty pleased after all. I was even refunded with a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Thank you Allen for taking control and delivering my ring! :)

After your item is in the cart at the bottom it says order now and you'll have it by such and such a date.... well I took a screenshot of the date I was supposed to get my item which was several days ago and have yet to receive it or get any kind of update on it. And today I go back in and it says order now to receive my june 24th but I'm guessing that's bullshit as well.
