Terrible customer service. No response to emails or chats, and calling has never been less than a 90 minute wait. When I did finally get someone on the phone, she seemed confused and uncertain and quickly passed the buck to AfterPay. AfterPay customer service was a very short wait, they had all my details up in moments, walked me through the process very professionally, and the only confusion was that refund questions are typically handled directly with the merchant. She also said that it was clear from my order info in their system, World Market was definitely quite short on the amount they reported for the refund- which should have been over $300, but was listed as $0.04. I am currently back on hold with World Market...11 minutes down, at least 90 to go.

My order was Placed on April 15th.. They still have not shipped and no one will answer the phone after hours on hold. Emails never go answered even though they say will be answered in 24-48 hours. I have sent 10. I got the BBB involved to get my money back. Horrible company and even worse customer service. Buyer beware

I had a negative experience with one of their products, and attempted to write a less-than-flattering review, but their website blocked it for an unspecified reason.

Online shopping made easy. Few companies do it as good as world market. Extremely impressed with both accountability, delivery, and product packaging. In store pickup also works when necessary. Here's to 2020 for Cost PLus

So disappointed in such a large company lacking any integrity and stealing from small businesses, do not shop here, support artists.

Except for a few things we couldn't find (lavender candies and mix-in thai tea mix) we tracked down our old favorites (sweet Maui onion rings, white rabbit candies, Kinder chocolate, ramune soda, chocolate-covered marzipan, lychee gummy candies, and fancy ramen) and even made some new ones! We love the food section, and how everything is shelf-stable (until opening); this is really helpful when you're on a road trip like we are! Most chocolate runs on the expensive side, but they tend to be fair trade/organic. Other than that, I was a little shocked at the re-organization of the food section (mostly including the chocolates). I haven't been there for about a year or two so the change shocked me!

My whole family loves this store, amazing food items, artwork, soaps, furniture, home décor and cooking items. They have all sorts for food items, beverages, wines, beers and sweets that are imported from other countries. I love buying good quality spices, teas, coffee, sweets, jewelry and gifts here. My favorites are German, Canadian, British and Japanese candy, German cookies, eastern spices, Wild Rose tea, chocolate chai, scone mixes, vintage soda pops & beers, Asian & Italian cooking, unique jewelry and artwork, kitchen kick knacks...these are many of the thing I've bought from this store and loved them all.
