Mr H Khan is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Fitters turned up on time and on the day booked, very polite, efficient and fitted our new carpet expertly.

My Son accidentally knocked over the tub of paint on Christmas eve, i spoke with the company on Christmas day and they came out boxing day to fit the new carpets, right on time, very clean installation and everything was as promised. Very professional from start to finish.

I can only imagine that most of these reviews are from friends. Absolutely abysmal. Broke x2 wood adjoining kitchen to hall & dining room. Did not sweep up before laying (although I did do myself). x2 stones UNDER lino once it was laid. Anything under plinths was 'out of site out of mind'. Broke foot on gas cooker. Lino is not secure all over as it raises when vacuumed. When we went to shop had to search for a member of staff to deal with us. Do not recommend. Poor service. Poor workmanship. Avoid.

I knew this business would be great because I trust Belvoir completely. I am so glad I got World of Carpets. The owner Khan went round to measure, and he gave me some suggestions on the best carpet and colour. I am glad I listened because the carpet makes the house look sophisticated and posh!!!
