Ordered Felco secateurs and gloves…

Ordered Felco secateurs and gloves package on 7 July. Heard nothing. Emailed and phoned 5 August - phone message saying to email. Phoned 6 August and actually spoke to helpful person. Apparently not sent because gloves not available. Apparently someone should have let me know. I agreed to offer to send secateurs and refund gloves immediately. 7 August message from Royal Mail saying parcel from "Sunshine Garden Centre" being delivered that day. No. 8th July parcel delivered from Sunshine Garden Centre with receipt from World of Secateurs inside. Box torn and battered. Secateurs inside but not packaged - packaging included but also battered. Unclear email saying Your Credit Memo #5000000567 for Order #5000025771 £5.99. (Could have bought secateurs for less on Amazon!). Will never knowingly use firm again.
