Super customer service!!
Over the years, I’ve bought quite a few items from World of Wool and have always been impressed with their products and service. However, with my last order, I received the wrong item by mistake. After a quick email to customer service, Jane replied promptly, apologised for the error, and had my replacement on its way—all within 30 minutes. Hiccups happen, but the way it was handled gets a big thumbs-up from me! Five-star service.
