This is a completely unprofessional store that looks like a SCAM.
A few months ago, I made a purchase and paid by card. I completed the payment immediately. The store delayed the shipment by a month. A few weeks after receiving the package, I received an email from the store stating that I had to pay again because something allegedly went wrong with their payment system - BUT they requested that I make the payment via BANK TRANSFER.
However, the bank account is in Germany and in euros, and I live outside Germany in a country that does not use the euro. In order to make this payment, I would have to open an additional paid euro account at my bank and make a paid international transfer in euros.
This is exactly what I explained in my response to Lufthansa Worldshop. Today, they contacted me again with another reminder email and added an additional €5 “reminder” fee.
This is an unserious company that I would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. Their payment systems has an issue since months but they are not telling you this. I have been charged 3 times 500 eu for my luggage order, never got the confirmation and when I called them they were not responding well and despite I asked the call center agent if there is a general issue he told me no.

Included a wincoupon i ordered Friday 14-11-2025 online late in the afternoon, different home electric equipment to ship to Greece.
Delivery 9-12 working days from UPS airfreight. The shipcosts were inklusive the order price and i didnt have to pay more. On Wednesday 19-11-2025 I took a email that the products were already shipped to Greece from Germany

On Friday 28-11-2025, and because i didnt give before a mobil tel-nr. in my order (so that can find me the courier), wait for me already the order in a shop near my home in Greece main land, and in perfect condition from "GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI" parcel service, partner from UPS in Greece.

The products were accurately packed, I received the purchased items within only 9 working days as promised on the company's website.

If i will definitely shop in this store again i dont know because WorldShop is a lot of expensiver as other similar eshops

I had a very disappointing experience with Worldshop.eu.

I was charged €300 for luggage, but the item was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, no one has taken responsibility for the missing item. I was passed around, received vague responses, and ultimately refused a refund, even though I never received what I paid for.

There is a complete lack of accountability. Nobody seems empowered or willing to resolve the issue, and as a customer, I am left out of pocket with no product and no solution.

Charging customers for items that are not delivered and then refusing to refund them is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Worldshop.eu until their customer service and refund process improve.

Lufthansa World Shop should close! Their customer Service sucks!!!! I bought an item from them, they chose to use UPS as carrier and UPS left the parcel in a pick up point miles away fom my home though there is one close by and they did not leave a note so that I could find out about the pick up point where the parcel is ! TODAY I TRIED TO PICK IT UP AND THE PLACE WAS CLOSED!!! UPS had the nerve to say they left it there for me to access it more easily!!! These people need urgent treatment!! World Shop doesn't even reply to my inquiries!!!

Absolutely terrible! They canceled my order without any notice. I'll be avoiding this store.

I ordered a juice extractor on Friday evening, on Tuesday afternoon it was at my door. Very quick processing and fast delivery. Thank you very much!

Got one unusual stuff from Worldshop. A soundbar because it was cheaper there tha anywhere else. Arrived on time and perfectly packed. Just loved it with the experience.

I made a purchase on the Worldshop website. They send me an email that the order was dispatched. However, I wasn’t able to track it. I don’t know if they tried to deliver as nobody contacted me at all. I got nothing except for an email that the order was returned and I should order again. The customer service is unreliable and I wouldn’t risk buying anything from that website again.

When I was placing my order the website seemed a bit like a scam, but I have proceded with my purchase, checking out as guest, without registration. I did not recieve any order confirmation or anything, only thing available was PayPal transaction deatils, where description of my purchased item was just some unreadable symbols combination. But surprisingly I have recieved my order in a due course. Unfortunately Samsonite suitecase I have recieved had manufactury defect. As soon as I have noticed this defect, in the beginning of January, I had placed a claim with worldshop.eu customer service, providing all details and photos. At the end of January customer service came back asking to provide all the same deatils. I sent information repeatedly. In a week they have sent me return form and instruction, saying that I had to login to their website and proceed there, but I could not, because I have no account. Customer service aplogized and said that they should have sent me return form and instruction for purchases without registration. I have not head from them anymore.

Immediately regretted buying a Lufthansa luggage carry on. First time I checked the luggage it arrived completely broken open. The zipper just didn’t work. They had to put the luggage in a plastic bag. Completely useless. Even though I’m in my return period they would not allow a return since it was used. How can I know it’s defective until it is used?

Terrible product. Terrible guarantee. Terrible service.

Avoid Lufthansa worldshop. Get your luggage somewhere reputable that actually cares about customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I go into the shop and purchase a Germany shirt. I ask the man to get me a size large. I then say to him is all okay, are you sure this isn’t a kids top. He assures me it is a men’s. I then go through to security in the airport so therefore can’t go back. I check irs a woman’s top! And now I can’t return. Awful service. I expect full compensation for this stupidity!

All my luggage Check in and Cabin bags for family of 4, were left behind in Munich 10 days ago, and till date i have no clue when i am going to get my bags back. There is literally no way to get the information, online tracking hasnt been updated in weeks. WORST Customer Service experience.

Within last few years Lufthansa has became absolutely terrible airline. I've been waiting almost 3 month for refund of my expenses due to delayed baggage ( 3 days !). Now I've decided to send my case to the Arbitrary Court in Berlin.
On flight from Frankfurt to Toronto LH470 ( Jan 25th 2024) my special meal - my kosher "fresh"sandwich had production date August 2023 !!!, was partially frozen and wet. Onboard service below any standards. On my route back LH471 on Feb. I haven't received my special meal -dinner, just only sandwich ( amazingly fresh & tasty). Flight with Lufthansa again ??? NO NEVER AGAIN.

Lufthansa Worldshop sells aluminium suitcases with the motto that they are robust and resistant. Neither - nor, after 10 flights my suitcase looks like old military plate. Lowest quality possible, extremely disappointing. I asked for the s.c. 5 years guarantee and got a humilaiting answer. Never ever again!

it is scam, they debited my miles for parfum, then they blocked my account and refuse to deliver it. they wrote me I must contact them by call. I wrote them I will not call them, if they want something they should call to me and if I dont receive my order I will consider it as fraud. never answered!

I ordered 3-10-2023 a cornerseat of Fatboy Paletti.
Delivery 3-5 working days.
Today, 10-10-2023, received the order in perfect condition.
A perfect product for a perfect price en perfect service.

I am Frequent Flyer for years in Star Alliance and love Worldshop products, specially LH travel products. Tried 3 times to place an order to Spain. Impossible to know which transport company they are using. When using GLS, nobody comes to delivery, nobody call and contacted with me.
Try to buy elsewhere !!! ;)

Terrible customer support from Worldshop.eu (Lufthansa). Can't return the order, nobody answers. If you buy from them - you are on your own.
