How it Works
1.Order and Proxy Purchase
Request purchase of items from online shops in Japan using the WorldShopping cart.
(Products from online shops that do not display this cart can be requested through a separate request form).
Upon receiving an order, WorldShopping will purchase the ordered items on behalf of the customer at the online shop.
2. Product Arrival and Confirmation
All orders are sent to the WorldShopping warehouse.
Upon arrival, items will be unpacked, checked according to the "order information", and packaged for international shipping.
3. Preparations Completed Email Notice
The international shipping charges will be determined after the packing process has been completed (on average within 1 to 3 business days of receipt).
An e-mail is then sent to the customer to inform the international shipping and handling fees and payment method.
4.International Shipping Payment and Shipment
Customer follows the payment instructions in the email to process payment. The order will be shipped after payment is completed.
(Expect the package to be dispatched the following business day, within two business days at the latest.)
5.Wait for delivery!
The package will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service) 7~20 days after shipment.

Quick Delivery
The Delivery was quick with Fedex from Japan to France but a bit expensive. Worldshipping provides 3 options for shipping so it's great and all the process was overall really quick so i'm happy i purchased via them.

Don’t recommend
Their service used to be very good two years ago, so I ordered items through them again. But this time the experience was very disappointing . They didn’t buy the items I ordered and didn’t notify me, till I received the parcel I found the items I expected were not in the parcel; then I checked the list and found out they didn’t buy them for me without any explanation. They told me that they could only chose DHL to deliver my parcel, even though there are many international carriers in Japan. I disagreed with that because it was the lowest satisfied carrier, but they insisted to do it; so my parcel was delivered to another city and I paid a lot of fee to DHL which I would never pay with other carriers. I would not shopping with them again and don’t recommend them.

Regarding the unpurchased items, one item was sold out at the merchant, and the other was restricted from international shipping. We sincerely apologize for failing to explain these cancellations to you before your parcel arrived.
Regarding carrier selection, DHL was the only available option because standard EMS to the US was suspended by Japan Post, and ECMS could not be used due to parcel size limits. Regarding your package destination, we apologize for our previous support agent's miscommunication; official DHL tracking confirms your parcel was delivered directly to your address without being sent to another city. Lastly, the additional fee paid to DHL was for local customs duties or handling fees required by local regulations, which are separate from WorldShopping's charges.
We deeply regret these misunderstandings and unexpected costs, and we are working to make our communications much clearer going forward.
