We completely understand why this was so surprising! Because our tournaments are played asynchronously, players can enter a match right up until the final seconds before the tournament closes. If another player started their game right before the deadline, or if they were playing their match at the exact same time as you, their score will not post to the leaderboard until they are completely finished. It can definitely be a shock when a score updates at the very last second, but we assure you this is a normal part of the tournament mechanics, not cheating. Losses
Win pretty much every time during practice games but then only win 1 or 2 rounds when I’m about to be out of money I deposited. Can get a perfect game and of course I’m gonna be matched with someone who somehow got 2-5k points more than my “perfect game”
Consistently, if I score 25,000-they pair me with someone who scored 27,000, I score 27,000-get paired with someone who scored 29,000

We completely understand your frustration! It can be incredibly discouraging to play what feels like a perfect game and still get edged out. We want to clarify a few things: Cash tournaments attract highly competitive players, which is why they often feel much tougher than Practice mode. Additionally, in many of our games, speed bonuses, multipliers, and specific combos can push a score well past a standard "perfect" board clear.
Most importantly, our FairMatching system pairs you with opponents based on your past skill rating before the game even begins it does not look at your current score and find someone to beat it. Deposited 5 times from PayPal no problem. Played over 1000 cash games and made the highest tier VIP. Actually started to beat a game (crystal champions). Which I’d approximate you have to be in the top 5% of players to achieve. Did a few withdrawals and they paid instantly but as a “refund” to my PayPal. Then soon as I had more withdrawals (refunds) than the total of my deposits they closed my account with 190 bucks left in it.
So basically you can only have an account as a losing player. They would have let me lose as much as I wanted..but the moment I won a red cent from them. Banned.
I should mention I paid over 5k in entry fee. So that’s about 2k rake I paid to win 200 bucks. So they close my account after I made them 2k? Guess maybe the thinking is good players would kill the game and the loser/break/even players wouldn’t play as much in the long run? Either way it all feels very scummy and an odd business play.
They have a real good reward program that lures you in. Makes you addicted and keeps you putting more cash on to hit those milestone payments. This is obviously fueled by the stolen funds from the winning players banned accounts. They just keep my 190 and dangled in front of other victims.

They don’t even send you a courtesy email with a reason before they close your account. Not sure why fan duel and poker stars partnered up with this it’s not good for their name. I’ve been a member at both those sites for years and always been treated well.
I also reached out to player services and they put me in some customer service loop with no real person to talk to. They said were was a discrepancy with my billing info so I said well let’s work it out I can take any screen shot literslly anything you need. They cut me off and Put me in box with the other banned victims. This so called person replying to these trust pilot reviews is giving no help sending you to player services. It’s not worth giving any time or money to people like this. Imagine working for this slime and going to bed at night. Must feel so empty. No different than phone scammers.
Play the games for free but beware they give you free bonus bucks to give you a taste of the cash games and you will get easy wins right away to give you false hope. Just know you will NEVER EVER cash out 1 dollar from this SCAM

It's so easy
I like how there is an app for phone and also a desktop version as well. It was very convenient to be able to log on and play no matter what device I was using. I also like the variety of games and the different level of competition that you can choose from (the number of people in a match).
