Was fun at first
In the beginning, when I first started using the app a couple years ago I actually won often enough to keep playing. Then about a year ago I stopped winning games here and there until it got to where every game I would lose. So I stopped playing.

If using Credit/Debit Card or ApplePay to deposit, WorldWinner is only able to credit withdrawals up to the amount that has been deposited into the WorldWinner account with that payment method. For example, if you deposit $10 into your WorldWinner using a Credit/Debit card or Apple Pay, and withdraw $50, $10 would be credited back to the Credit/Debit card or Apple Pay and the remaining $40 would be sent as a Check.
If using PayPal to deposit, you may withdraw more back to PayPal than what you have deposited into WorldWinner as PayPal does not have the same restrictions that Credit/Debit Cards or ApplePay have. PayPal is the preferred/recommended payment method to use on WorldWinner.

First, I want to help you get this resolved. We definitely don't want you losing your entry fees due to technical glitches. Please reply to this email (or reach out to us directly at playerservices@worldwinner.com) with the following details so I can locate the affected tournaments and review your account for a refund:
The specific game(s) you were playing.
The approximate date and time the freezes occurred.
The device you are using (e.g., iPhone 14, Windows PC, iPad).
Regarding your concern about the platform being rigged, I hear you, and it's completely natural to feel that way when the system is glitching and you are losing money. However, I want to reassure you that WorldWinner is strictly skill-based and heavily regulated. Every game board is completely fair, and you are always matched against players with the exact same setup and similar skill levels. We never manipulate gameplay or cause connectivity drops to make players lose. Freezes are typically caused by momentary drops in the local internet connection or low device memory.
To help prevent this from happening on your next matches, I highly recommend:
Ensuring your Wi-Fi or cellular connection is strong and stable before entering a cash tournament.
Closing out of other apps running in the background to free up your device's memory.
Checking that you are using the most up-to-date version of the WorldWinner app or your web browser.
