I ordered a handbags from them and they sent me clothes.
The package what they sent to me on the website costs less what I payed for the items I ordered.
I sent them an email,no respond.
Don’t waste your money and time with them☹️
I recently attended the event in Bath
I recently attended the event in Bath. There were way too many clothes on each rail which made it impossible to search through. Most of the t-shirts seemed to be old clubs, school, university and college t-shirts (Exeter university, prom 2013, hockey tour 2018 etc.) so rag quality. I bought 2 pairs of jeans and 2 t-shirts and it came to £33. Total rip off! I've also come to find a pair of the jeans are fake Levi's. I definitely won't be attending another event. Avoid at all costs!
I don’t recommend
It’s Actually Not worth the weight in any way . more than 70% of their clothes r Grade B , and they have fakes , if you ever go double and triple check before you buy
Don’t bother
Let’s start off with is costs you 2/3 pounds entry which is fine right, the clothes all smell and are mostly rubbish. If you luckily find something you like you may think this is cheap right oh I only got one pair of jeans so won’t cost more than £5? Wrong it’s very expensive for what it is we had one pair of jeans which weighed .5 kg and it was £10 which we thought was unreasonable for 1 item of clothing. When we decided we didn’t want it we got attitude from the worker even though we have paid to be there? Overall Very rude staff and way too expensive won’t ever go back.
Clothes wet to make heavier
We went to the Bournemouth event. Many of the clothes were damp or felt wet, not just the odd one. I am going to weight the clothes I bought, dry them out and weigh them again. I suspect the weight will be a lot lighter and should have cost a lot less. Is wetting the clothes allowed or a scam?
Went to the Aberdeen Kilo sale
I went to the Aberdeen Kilo sale last Saturday and would not go again. There were way too many people in the hall at one time and the clothes had definitely not been washed so felt disgusting to try on. Most clothing was bad quality and most leather jackets were peeling. Almost couldn't find anything smaller than a size 10 and all the jackets were XL+. Overall not worth it, you could definitely get the same clothing cheaper elsewhere and the whole event was not enjoyable.
Kilo sale have doubled their prices
I went to the kilo sale today in Canterbury. This is the third time I have attended but I won’t ever be going again as bought 3 items that would have cost £15 maximum at the previous kilo sale I went to and the prices have literally doubled. I paid £30. When I weighed my clothes at home (3 lightweight summer items) they came in at just over half a kilo so I’ve been massively ripped off. Disgusting. They used to have scales where you could weigh your clothes as you went along but these have been removed. Clearly their scales are altered to make items appear heavier. The quality isn’t great. Lots of horrible synthetic fabrics and tiny waist sizes that would only fit a child (I’m a size 8). I think a lot of the stock is from China. It’s just not cost effective anymore and it’s certainly not vintage. That word is over used.

I wouldn't go back
I wouldn't go back. Great if you are into 70s/80s mum style polyester clothing. I did get an 80's dress and blouse I liked, but seem to cost way more than i was expecting. Nothing is cleaned/checked before its put out. I found items that were blood stained. I will stick to my beloved charity shops as proceeds go to charity rather than private income
Horrible returns process
Horrible returns process. Nasty customer service manager.
I was falsely accused of having washed the skirt I returned because apparently it smelt of a different detergent to what they use.. It was super weird have to defend myself.
Perhaps they deliberately don’t put tags on their garments so they can deny returns on the basis of this trumped up ‘olfactory test’. 🤔
I recommend avoiding this online shop/market. 🙅♀️
They replied to my previous review with fresh lies about the vintage item displaying signs of being worn! Also brought up a seperate issue about it being returned after exceeding the returns period timeframe (but failed to admit that they contributed to that by taking a ridiculously long time to reply to my initial return request email - something they’d actually already acknowledged and apologised for..).

Keep an open mind and your wits about you....
Visited the Lincoln event today and was slightly disappointed. Yes, there's a fantastic variety and selection of clothing but the word vintage is used very loosely.
Keep your wits about you as there are items there with stains and also damaged. It's definitely an experience but maybe a little overpriced at £20 per kilo when most of it isn't vintage.
There are some great items but also some that should not really be on sale. Approach with caution but with an open mind.....it's definitely an experience and I can honestly say I will attend another event.

Great selection, great price most importantly the manager at Lincoln today 5th May went out of his way to assist.
Any negative reviews are simply wrong I've dealt with clothing for a long time.
Go you will not be disappointed they are the best company of this type.
Use your eyes to look at the items of course a few will be marked and they certainly not overpriced it is good value.
Costs more when they weigh
I weighed my items at one of the weighing points but it cost £8 more at the paypoint. Weighed in a yellow heavy tub on the scales which there was absoloutely no need for as its all in a clear bag that you fill as you go round.... AVOID
Not vintage, just rubbish
Not vintage, just really smelly, small clothes. My hoodie had a chewed arm, looks as if the dog had been at it. Wish I had noticed at the time, waste of money as it went in the bin. 4 things came to 35 pounds. Too many people at one time, can't look properly without feeling your keeping people back. No need to charge 2 pounds entry either. First and last time. Also the owner slates all their customers on Google when they leave bad reviews. Can't all be wrong love, wind it in..
I attended the Swansea kilo sale
I attended the Swansea kilo sale and came home extremely unhappy due to the fact of 2 of the few items I purchased are not vintage in fact one of the t shirts are from 2019 & the other 2021. Upon messaging the company regarding this I had one reply then the following messages I sent were read and ignored for a while then when they finally did reply they were extremely rude. Not a professional company and definitely not ‘vintage’.
Take your own scales!
Take your own scales!
The website states that there are scales around the warehouse so you can track your spending this was not the case when we went. Then when buying the scales and price list was not visible so naively I paid what I was asked. When I got home I re-weighed the still sealed bag and found that I had been over charged by £7.50 as had my sister. We bough 1.03kg and 1.07 kg respectively but were both charged for 1.5kg. I contacted the company via their site and got no reply. After a week I found another contact on my ticket confirmation and they responded straight away. Despite sending pictures of the still sealed bag on the scales they would only offer us a voucher for next time. Well we are not going back so both declined.
Another thing, double check the clothes. We saw some on the rails with big tears in the linings and missing buttons. A skirt I bought had had a button reattached but it was in the wrong place with the wrong colour thread. Not difficult to fix myself but on top of everything else it's annoying.
One last thing, wrap up warm because the warehouse at Sheffield is freezing. I appreciate that it will keep their cost down not having a 'shop' but it made browsing hard.
One of the jumpers I bought was good and fits well but really wasn't worth the trip. If you want to avoid fast fashion go to a charity shop.
