I have had Worx tools for a long time
I have had Worx tools for a long time, I have tried previous brands but they are heavy and hard to use all day. I love the power to weight of the Worx products, they are always up to the task, they have never let me down, the drills and reliable and strong and take all the abuse I throw at them. My favourite tool is the plunge saw, it cuts through OSB board like but it save hours of work, its simply genius. Well done Worx keep it up, you've neve let me down.
Lawnmower broke after a few months
Lawnmower broke after a few months. Was supposed to have a 12 month warranty. Tried 5 times to get support and they would simply not respond

Dangerous! Bauker 30cc 4-in-1 petrol Multi Tool SBC30 - twice faulty
Worx Tools customer service took on my complaint about the Bauker 30cc 4-in-1 Petrol Multi Tool (SBC30) I bought from Toolstation for £149.98. The original purchase stopped working after the first use, this was then replaced by Toolstation in 2019 (no receipt for the replacement was issued.) The replacement worked OK for just over a year but, when using it in autumn 2020, it developed a dangerous fault whereby the motor (and therefore hedge blades) kept running and could not be overridden with the ON/OFF switch. Luckily my toddler wasn't home and I was able to leave it propped safely and watch it closely until the fuel ran out. Because the original purchase was more than 2 years ago, I've been told repeatedly that this hazardous product is out of warranty and they will not take responsibility for it.
My advice, save your money!
Worx unfriendly support
I have purchased a Worx cordless mower with a 3 year warranty, yippee. First problem, registering it for the warranty which is not straightforward. Having filled out the lengthy form and submitted it, the web page then takes me to a page telling me “there are advantages to registering”. I thought I had done that but I did it again and submitted it again. The web page then returns me to the same page again. At this point I thought right I will contact Worx, this is where I find I cannot email them and the phone number which is on the UK customer support, is a very obscure number which I don’t recognise, it could be a far distant expensive call charge or a premium expensive call charge. It appears that if a fault develops in the warranty period (assuming you have managed to register your machine of course) you have to risk calling this risky number, very, very user unfriendly. Looks like I have bought a machine with zero warranty not 3 years
Customer Service Success
I had two Rockwell 12V drills that had lifetime battery replacement. Apparently they are no longer available.
I was just expecting to have to buy new drills. But
Worx apparently has bought Rockwell or was a parent company or something. They sent me new drills and if they last 1/2 as long and the Rockwell I will be super happy. Great customer service compared to what is out there for other companies.
I can not assess the customers service…
I can not assess the customers service because my Worx mower has worked perfectly and reliably. It is powerful and mows my 70 square metre lawn twice between charges. It seems well made and is also light and easy to handle, definitely one of the best battery operated items I have bought
The Worx 400W XL..... leave it in the shop
Last week we purchases a Worx 400W XL circle saw. It looked very nice, but when I started to use it for the renovation of my stairs, it showed to be a disaster. It was not possible to make a straight cut an I even spoiled a overlay for my stairs. I got my money back and went for the Bosch version. What a difference. Leave the Worx in the shop and get yourself a Bosch!
Poor quality (0 stars)
I was wrong about being contacted in 32 days about my warranty question. The WG 512 didn't even last 30 days. On the second use, the motor started to slow down, there was a burning smell and sparks started flying out of theotor housing. I would have expected it to last longer.. How do I get customer to respond. I bought a Worx Trivac WG 512. The box and advertising claim a 3 year warranty. But what is misleading and buried in the fine print is that it's only three years if you register your product within 30 days. When you try to register online, it rejects it because it's missing the serial number. I emailed customer service to ask for assistance as to the location of this number and they still haven't gotten back to me. Guess they'll return my email on day 32, if ever.
Terrible service from Worx Tools - Avoid them.
Bought cordless hedge trimmer from Lidl with 3 year warranty provided by Worx Tools. Developed a charging problem, Worx were completely unhelpful- do not answer telephone or deal with e-mails. Appears they just do not want to honour the warranty.
They should appreciate the frustration of being ignored and having an item that doesn’t work.
Never again will I spend my money on a product handled by them. AVOID.
Don’t listen to these bad reviews I…
Don’t listen to these bad reviews I suspect they were people expecting too much or expecting the tools to do something they weren’t designed for I truly suspect they havent tried hard as what they are saying is wrong. Also you buy something in the US and expect it to work in the UK and you give a bad review for that sorry but everyone know the power demands are completly miles apart. Do your research for anything you buy it is not hard.
i have all my tools from Worx I have a drill driver, plunge cutter, sonicrafter and a screwdriver Worx is a great DIY tool specialist and make some great tools my drill driver is 8 years old it’s built a 18 foot by 9 foot workshop, a 9ft by 6 ft deck and many other things it’s never once gone wrong I bought a plunge cutter and it stopped working it was replaced by the place I bought it Homebase who replaced it under the Worx warranty
So please make your own discoveries and don’t rule out Worx they make some great stuff
Reviews I have read
After reading the reviews on here I was rather shocked at how many people disrespect a supplier without contacting them first. I have been in a Worx group and even bought some tools some are worth the money others are not. My overall experience with the customer service is one I would highly recommend. You buy and item it goes faulty everything does in time but you get a good warranty with the item same as any other company.
I have been with Worx group on facebook quite a long time and have bought tools. Some are heavy duty others are not but they are value for money. Tools break down but they get a good warranty and the issue is resolved very quickly. People you talk to either Customer Services or if you are in a Worx group it could be one of the admin who help make sure you are kept satisfied by there service.
I have not bought any battery shared Worx tools but have talked to others that have and they all seem very pleased with the quality and durability of the battery or the bare body which ever they purchase.
I have read other reviews that do not give any company a chance they just had to drag the company down without actually experiencing the product and the people who work for the company without actually giving them a chance.

On Monday 11th May 2020,I spoke to Shaun at Worx 0345-202-9679 at 13.35
This was regarding my Worx Switchdriver WX176L Drill, what makes the difference with this drill is that it has two chucks, but the problem is one of the chuck has dislodged and has popped out of the drill, the drill is dated 2018 next to the serial number, which is under the three year warranty,The drill cost me £130,
Shaun was very unhelpful, could not care toss regarding the repair of my drill,he could not even give me an address of anyone that could repair it.
There are NO technicians working at the UK base,so no help
Your three year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on,be warned
Customer service appalling.
Customer service appalling.
Purchased Worx drill via Aldi. Was a good tool whilst it lasted. After a year of light use battery fails to charge. Have gone direct to Worx as advised by Aldi. Initially seemed to be dealt with well. They arranged to collect it and said they would send a replacement. That was about 2 months ago and despite promises I am still without a tool. Emails are now unanswered so will be taking it up with Aldi. I would avoid purchasing again as appears no support if things go wrong.
No UK customer service!
No UK customer service or no UK website, how bad is that? I have got most of the WORX range of tools but have no means of ever contacting them if anything goes wrong.
Utterly and completely useless and not…
Utterly and completely useless and not cheap either. I have had to have the first one replaced after only using it literally 3 or 4 times. 2nd one has now died as both batteries will not charge. Again, only used 3 or 4 times. First one was the chuck, notlw the batteries. I would most definitely not recommend these products.
I own several WorX tools
I own several WorX tools, both garden and shop equipment. The battery life is excellent, as is battery power. They are not, as are most battery operated tools, for heavy applications. However, for a home owner in need of easy to use tools, these fit the bill better than others I have seen and used!
I have 2 weed and trim tools, an edger, a switch out drill with drill, and screw heads that are changeable with the push of a button. The edger actually is pretty strong!

I really love my Worx tools.I have the mower (light as a feather), strimmer, blower and use them all constantly. No petrol and great results.
Just a heads up
Just a heads up. I get email offers from this company as I have some of their tools. What is not apparent is that their claim for all tools using the same battery, only applies to the country you live in. I wa offered a great deal on a tool and bought it whilst in the states, less batteries, and when I got back to the UK, it did not fit. Customer service does not give a Damn, just say, buy more stuff from us and it will not work. Buy us voltage stuff and it will work. Only you need a transformer to use 110 v gear in the UK. All they care about is themselves, not the customer.
