I have contacted the company via their on line help. I have been sent from one portal to another, reset my password about 30 times and e-mail. the problem is I can't log on and /or recover 5 years of advances on the Tanks Epic game. Name associated with the game is Thors1.
I am annoyed that not only have lose the progress in the game buy the money spent on add ons. M view is don't touch it.

Lottery scam! Dont give them a panny. You will loose all money or gold and you will not receive a single usable in game item. I just lost 3000 gold on some in game lottery that was suposedly easy win, and didnt get anything I can use. Win rate is so little you will be getting mostly cammo spam and funny ammounts of credits and forget about winning a tank that you can actually driver and have fun with. Absolute garbage and robbery. I got nothing for 3000 gold! 3000 gold is like 5$ and spending that on in game event should reward me with something that will satisfy me, but no usefull rewards and on top of that we pay for premium passes and gold membership only to be able to earn some ingame credits because playing without could be an endless farm with no reward.

WOTB by allowing players to post degrading icon on individual player after the game is totally & completely encouraging toxicity. They said the posting of icons is for players to vent their anger, but instead of posting for how they feel towards the match, it has create a culture in which individual player is victimised & attack. WOT can easily change this posting to vent for the match, instead of individual player.

The concept and graphics of this game are great .
Sadly that’s where it ends .
The matchmaking and battles are clearly rigged and it’s full of Bots.
Play if you enjoy losing.

Only worth playing if you have nothing better to do and don’t under any circumstances spend any real money, it’s just a waste.
I think a lot of the games are against AI tanks, those are the ones that the opposition appear and then disappear at random, their tanks move far faster than they should and apparently reload in seconds.
They are also recognisable by the way they swarm all over you from several different directions in a way that no human team without effective communication ever would, of course the chat function has been removed so tactics like these can’t really be used.
The cynic in me thinks that the swarm and 7 - 0 beatings are an attempt to persuade you that you need a better tank......at a price!

Had an issue with in game purchases, World of tanks blitz support didn't want to know, spoke to Microsoft and they stepped in to resolve the issue, today found out i have been banned from playing after 4 years and several hundreds of pounds spent

MM is a poorly written algorithm. Much like a lot of the game dynamics. WOT refuses to fix the glaring errors in their game. If you enjoy losing because of bad code, this is the game for you. You too can suck with the multitude of others as they plod through a game riff with coding errors and poor performance. If you enjoy getting shot through solid objects, then this is for you. Excessive ghost shots, misses at point blank range, failure to adhere to basic physics are just a few of the glaring errorw with this game. WOT needs to hire new keyboard monkies.

Graphics and concept excellent, however this game is not about your skill level, only about how much money they can extract from you.
It's incredibly poor at matchmaking and this is how they get you thinking that if you buy a better tank you will win more games....Sadly very wrong!
As other people have mentioned, novice players can acquire tanks way above their experience and ruin the games for good players instead of growing within the game, gaining experience and learning how to play with skill and consideration for their teammates.
Overall, I wonder if the game should be investigated for deliberately making you lose and effectively, ripping you off. Can that really be fair?
Good game ruined, that could be so much better if they really allowed players to prove their skill level rather than being deliberately penalised by the system making them miss from almost point blank range.
One final point, on numerous occasions, players refuse to start the game when the countdown has finished and then move after a couple of minutes and shoot tanks that have been damaged by honest players, thus gaining points and kills to enhance their record. Surely, WOT could insist players start the game within ten seconds as this type of behaviour is frustrating other teammates who are trying to have good game.
Come on WOT, take a good look at yourself and start being fair to the players who are making you rich!

Pretty bad, I can access it on PC but just tried to download again after my iPhone 13 (relatively new) couldn’t find the server. Went to look for help and it's in Russian. Unbelievable.
So as far as gaming experience…..
Different formats - mobile, I can barely steer the tank but it has automatic aiming that actually aims so that you can hit the enemy but mainly bounce off. Seems like the enemy can rock up, hit you without aiming.
When using PC I am hit like my tank has no armour whatsoever, even front armour. The enemy can always hit you.
Tiering - nearly always bottom tier
Games are not matched at all. (Anyone with a Tiger 1 and VK45 will understand this)
Many losses few wins (to keep you in your % placing)
Seems like some tanks are more invisible than others and the enemy becomes invisible as you’re about to shoot, more frequently.
Been 49.67 for about 5 years it’s soul destroying.
Gold coins are given = around 70% loss rate when gold coin applied to a game.
Purchasing anything is a massive rip off, nearly £50 for a Tier 9/10 tank.
You’re having a laugh Wargaming.

Do not give one penny to this game.
It is Russian owned and as we know, Russians are Murderers of innocent Men, Women and Children.

Absolute garbage of a game and customer service is even WORSE! I am missing a object 777 version 2 tank with legendary camo and customer service is useless! I keep being told “according to our data” scripted junk and am still missing my tank that they refuse to give back because the game glitched and they won’t admit it. HIGHLY don’t recommend the game save your money and buy something worth spending money on.

Combining EU and CIS was real downfall for me (imo). Kick those players back where they came, please. I would move to NA, actually rolled account on Na, but latency is continuosly 100-200 ms which is bit too much.

New matchmaking (patch 9.4.) is just god awful and for me that lead to losing more than winning, even 50/50 would do, but no. Okie, I'm not good player, sitting on 56 % atm and decreasing every time I play. Teams tend to be full of lemmings who drives around without a clue while enemy team steamrolls us, no matter what. Just impossible to carry, at least with my favorite tanks (mediums/lights). Sometimes it's us who got to steamroll enemy team. Anyway... games last about 2-3 minutes and thats not tactical or funny. MM and match balancing after 5000 games... It's just ridiculously unbalanced.

And crates... crates everywhere. If not crates it's draw's or something else or just to buy that "OP" tank. Money have lost it's value in blitz.

One really really annoyng thing: Autoloeder yoloer's (and autoloaders generally), usually 40-45% players or something like that, whose only goal looks to be to empty their clip on first tank they see, even if that leads to destruction of both. If those autoloaders get removed, I won't shed a tear, actually hoping that removal.

Used to play a lot, now blitz playtime is decreasing rapidly, even time for playing is generally increasing. I don't know, I used to like blitz and actually it was relaxing to play, now it's more exchausting and annoying. Now it's bit of hard to even start a game.

Maybe it's just me and so, growing out of the game, but anyway, I can't recommend the game anymore.

...and yea, as WG says:"see you tomorrow" - Well, I don't think that I will be back. Yea, no loss for community. Have fun. ;)

The mobile version of the scam called World of Tanks is even worse and more ppw than the original version

Utter misery. I’ve loved this game for years and witnessed it grow progressively more unenjoyable to play. Because of the Russian invasion in Europe, the company has shifted all its Russian, former USSR countries onto the European server. The player base is swamped with incompetent morons. Any readable comments are in Cyrillic and totally indecipherable. Experienced players are handicapped by War Gaming - shots disappearing, kill shots to weak tanks just miss, or bounce, or “ go right through “ etc etc. ITS ALWAYS THAT LAST SHOT THAT WILL KILL YOUR ENEMY THAT FAILS! It’s awful. The in game chat has been closed down - presumably so European players can’t criticise Russia ( which they were). WG is a Russian company. You invariably don’t get to play with/ against matched players. Games end quickly with a 7-0 win or loss. I can’t wait for my PS5 and start playing better games. RIP World of Tanks Blitz. You’ve destroyed your own fan base

The combination of too-prevalent Premium tanks that encourage pay-to-play and a player base that anymore doesn't take the time or is forced to learn how to play well have made this game unplayable far too often.

For all the protestations that come from Wargaming, anybody who actually plays the game can see that matchmaking is a huge issue.

Overall the experience anymore is not fun at all. What these factors will do for you on good days for an hour or two it does to you for days on end.

An absolutely atrocious experience this game has become. A shop full of traps. Terrible matchmaking. God forbid you get some kind of bonus or a booster, they will squeeze every loss out of you until you’re matched with a decent enough team. Your 3000 damage almost every game doesn’t mean sh$t. Pay to win.

Had an issue with Microsoft refunding my money on a gold purchase I made. Wargaming net is trying to charge me almost double to get back into the game now. Over the past couple years I have spent a ton of money on this game and they putting the screws to me.

Playing this game for 4 years and it was my favorite game. It was really fun and joy play it. But for almost an year this game become unrecognisable... Completly everything got worse. The shop full of unnecessary junk of course for money. But controls, matchmaking and bugs is the main issue that I am about to stop playing it. Just impossible to play during the day in Europes servers as it's always overloaded and laging is just mad.

absolute crap, very buggy and the physics are selective

Unfortunately, the game is being ruined by numerous fixed games and poor match making.
You shoot on target and it misses by a mile. Obviously a deliberate act on behalf of the controllers.
This type of action borders on the fact that they are ripping you off and taking your money on a game that is supposed to be about skill. Is that legal?
Sadly, I'm not the only player that feels the same way.
They need to allow the game to be played fairly and not try to empty your pockets on a regular basis.
