I purchased stick on name tags for my child's school clothes, the first week of starting school and they have all come off in the wash! I followed directions on how to attach, nobody has got back to me and I am unable to request a refund.

**Aftersales team sent me some sew in versions after the sticky ones failed to work. Although it was more time consuming to attach them all to the clothes, they are now safely named.

Disappointing. Incorrect labels sent different to my order. Only way to get a refund was to post them back at my expense!
Edit: I did let the company know I thought this unfair as they had made the mistake and I’m pleased to say they have refunded me. Only right to edit this review.

How amazing is their customer service. Ordered the stick on stickers - after washing the garments the stickers came off half the items - so I emailed them to raise this - in the mean time, I re-read the instructions and I had actually stuck them onto the wrong part of the garments. They replied to check where I had stuck them - clearly my mistake and put them on the wrong area of the garment - as a goodwill gesture they sent me the order again for free. Amazing - well done to you all in customer services

Spent ages adding labels to my daughter’s clothing. First wash and all the labels came off. Complete waste of time, effort and money. Avoid!

Brought stick on labels for kids school clothes, they stay on for about 5 or 6 washes then fall off, not worth the money

I ordered a iron labels. I ironed it. The labels are gone after a couple washes.

Bought 50 stickers from them and didn’t work.

I ordered some iron on labels thinking they would be woven, as the name implies. However: they were just printed and all the labels on items of clothing that have been wahed have competely lost the printed name.

Terrible terrible iron on labels. All of them came straight off after the first wash. Do not waste your time and money of these. Just awful.

Placed an order for some sew-on name labels.
Good price, maybe postage a little high but happy to order.
Was straightforward and delivered 2 days later.

Third time I have ordered from them. Some of our stickers are over 3 years old and still stuck to uniform after so many washes. Definitely recommend them. Everything my daughter takes out of the house has one of these name labels on. Whenever we run out I just order more the same

Pretty sure this company is misleading people & passes on other people's work as their own. I spoke to them and only them for some small business labels for a friend.
I was sent a sample pack which included Madagascar dreamworks, boohoo, a clockwork orange(movie) etc I examined it and thought OK. Then I received another sample pack from another company and it looked familiar, so I had the them side by side unmixed and GUESS WHAT?? exactly same labels inside. Even the plastic bag it came in was the same.
So I called to find out which labels exactly did they make, the guy blatantly denied sending the labels even though they were the only company I approached.
I'd be weary of trusting this company as its clear they probably purchase some generic labels and pass on as their own especially as people are complaining of quality. I am 100% sure they didn't make the labels from the sample pack they sent me.

Edit: Dear trustpilot kindly stop hassling me to remove or change my review. I stand by my words that this company removes clothing labels from clothes and claim they made them. This was a honest review. Other consumers have a right to know before purchasing. Thank you

Do not bother. Pay for next day delivery and order email says will receive in 3 days. Emailed and rang company - response both times was they will arrive tomorrow. It’s a lie - they use ups tracked.

They have refunded the postage which is good. But we didn’t receive them for when they were needed.

Fast delivery and nice quality labels. My only gripe is the colour isn't bright yellow & more pale pastel...so different to my logo.

This is our first time using Woven Labels UK. I'm glad I didn't read any reviews on this company, as we would have missed the opportunity to work with such a great company. They were very easy to work with, and communicated fantastically. We received our order quickly, and a great product was delivered. We'll definitely be using them again for all our woven label needs. And there will be a lot!

They printed the labels. Sent them to me. Job done. What's the problem?

I was concerned about the reviews that I wouldn't receive them etc, so I phoned them up.
I admit that no-one answered my 1st call, so I left it a couple of hours, called again, and then a lady did answer. Nice woman.

They are a small family business. She said they were working round the clock to get orders out because of the impending mail strike.
I ordered the labels on Thurs, and received them Mon, without paying special delivery.

As someone who runs 2 small businesses, I know how difficult it can be on occasions, which is why I'm taking the trouble to write this here. Get a bit of balance to the bad reviews.

Summary:
As far as I'm concerned, they have 'done the business'... and done it well... so good on 'em!

And, by the way, they are v nice labels too.
I'm v happy....

I may be one of the rare customers who love this company but I truly do!
At first I found the same as other reviews have stated - iron on labels kept falling off or sticking to the iron. I found this was down to the heat of my iron settings so now I just put it on medium to full heat and put a small thin flannel between label and iron and hold it there a while. They're then so strong that they become nearly impossible to get off!
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY YOUR CLOTHES as the heat will drop them off - we air dry so this doesn't affect us.

I also highly recommend the stick on labels, the ones that go inside shoes and on lunch boxes. Ours have gone through the washing machine, dishwasher, hand scrubbing and inside shoes and we have yet to replace any. If you correctly put the clear sticky label over the top you won't have a problem. I was very hesitant at first but now buy them for friends and family as I am such a big fan.
