Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with our third-party merchant partners for amazing discounted breaks. Once the deal has been purchased, you will receive your Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section).
To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login).
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
6. Redemption instructions vary depending on what type of deal you have purchased. Typically you can arrange your break by reaching out to the merchant directly and giving them your Wowcher code but in some cases you may need to fill in a form beforehand and they will contact you. We therefore advise that you refer to your Wowcher for specific instructions relevant to your deal.

Voucher redemption is too complicated
Having to jump between web pages or apps to redeem a purchase is far too complicated and confusing. There are too many other “offers” popping up and the link to necessary web pages or apps should be provided to the user to just click. A seamless process of voucher redemption would be a great improvement.

Avoid this company
I have awarded a 1 star as there is no facility to give a zero. I purchased an air cooler which was faulty and I had to return it which i did on the 24th of July. I contacted the supplier on two occasions but they failed to reply, when they did they advised that I must contact Wowcher which I have done on many occasions. Wowcher eventually processed the refund on the 13th of August but as a credit to my Wowcher account which was not how i paid. They have also not refunded my postage costs. AppaLling customer service. Avoid, avoid,avoid.

Not really a Wowcher user, but i have managed to sort a short stay deal.
Not the most intuitive site as i had to redeem my voucher when i realised it wasn't just a booking i had made.
Im sure I won't be the only one to have to figure that out!
Will be happy if the deal turns out to be worth it.

I have just purchased a Microsoft…
I have just purchased a Microsoft Office digital download from Wowcher that has been a complete nightmare.
Instead of sending a digital product key with the purchase as most retailers do, I was asked to download two apps on my phone (when the software was for my computer) just to be able to view the voucher and a code.
The code then revealed a link to download the software. However, after reading carefully the terms and conditions it became apparent the software was not compatible with my Mac OS, despite the original Wowcher ad saying it was suitable for my computer.
Also, the de-installation/installation process was so horrendous and beyond my capability that even if it were compatible I would not have attempted a download and installation.
I requested a refund after having to search and download an app in order to get access to Wowcher, and have since been sent round in circles by them asking me to repeat answers to the same questions, only to have them refer it back to a third party merchant who referred me back to Wowcher, who referred it back to them, and on and on...
I have got nowhere and this has been a stressful and complete waste of money, the software has not been redeemed and Wowcher don't want to know about it.
This is a complete rip-off and constitutes false advertising as it isn't even compatible!
Spend more money and go to a reputable firm, I certainly will never purchase from Wowcher again.
It should be rebranded Oucher...
Addendum:
As additional proof that I did not download the incompatable software purchased from Wowcher, I can provide proof of purchase today of Microsoft 365 from a more reputable dealer, a much simpler and quicker process
