Unvollständige Lieferung / Keine Reaktion des Supports
Ich habe am 06.01.26 eine größere Bestellung über 280€ zusammen mit Freunden getätigt. Die Pakete wurden in (offenbar) 7 einzelne Pakete aufgeteilt. Die Frist von 9-15 Werktagen wird eingehalten. Ein Paket von 7 ist nicht angekommen. Uns fehlen Cup Noodles im Wert von 14.95€. Ich habe in Abstand von 4 Tagen 2x den Support über das Kontakformular angeschrieben. Leider habe ich nach der Bestellbestätigung KEINE Email über die Sendungsnummern erhalten wie auf der Website angegeben. Der Support reagiert nicht auf Rückfragen. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, ob mein Paket auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen ist. Das Geld ist vermutlich auch weg. Sehr ärgerlich! Keine Empfehlung. Ich werde dort nicht wieder bestellen.
Einziger Pluspunkt: Die Qualität der Produkte ist gut. (sofern sie auch ankommen)
