I have booked a ticket using wow tickets and the PNR shared by them was not valid. There is no means to contact them. They are simply fraud.

They do not even deserve the one star! In May we bought tickets for ManU v/s Westham
The morning of the game we received a mail that they can’t book our seats! We travelled 10thousand kms for this match! We are still waiting for our refund … we have sent several reminders and they just do not care. Wonder if there is a legal way to make them pay!

They are prompt in responding to queries before you have paid.For that alone I give them a single star.If you are serious about attending an event kindly desist from dealing with scammers like them.It is even harder to get your money back for they will take your money and provide neither the ticket nor the refund.Indeed this is not a good platform to get your tickets unless you have money to waste and boundless energy for mailing and calls.

This is not a legitimate business. They have stolen £1718 from me. I paid for tickets and never received them and they refuse to give me a refund.

Biggest bunch of crooks you'll ever come across. I cancelled tickets 5 months ago and was told I could wait up to 90 days. Still waiting. They don't respond to emails or complaints logged in the account.

i still cannot receive the refund after 1 month. What actions can I take? Can someone suggest? I see other reviewers also face the same issue.

I paid for 2 tkts for the Villa v PSG game a month before the game. WOW tickets told me the day of the game that they couldn’t fulfill the order and then told me it would take 60 days for me to get a refund. They have stopped responding to my emails and I do not have a contact number to call them on.

I had a terrible experience with Wow Football. I ordered tickets well in advance, only to be informed shortly before the event that they couldn't deliver the tickets I paid for. Instead of offering a full refund, they tried to push me into accepting a 115% "credit" or a partial refund, which is completely unacceptable and suspicious.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. Legitimate ticket companies provide full refunds when they fail to deliver. Wow Football did not honor their commitment and made the refund process deliberately difficult.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Wow Football. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and disappointment. Use reputable, well-reviewed services instead.

DONT TRUST LET DOWN NO TICKETS AFTER TRAVELLING 900 MILES TO WATCH THE GAME

Paid for tickets for Manchester United v Wolves and have not received tickets and the match is tomorrow 20/04/25 gutted

Bought two tickets for £600 for Villa v PSG as a once in a lifetime treat for a friend, on morning of game after numerous emails chasing was told “ cannot fulfill order” something seriously wrong here - suspect they never had tickets - needs investigating - most important game in 40 years - not to mention time off work, travel , accommodation - totally ruined dreams

Tickets bought and paid for 2 weeks ago for AVFC -v- PSG. Train and hotels bought, and on the morning of the match Wow emailed to say they could not fulfil the order, no explanation. Refund promised - we'll see

I booked tickets and they cancelled day before. I have still not received a refund. I would not use this site unless you are prepared to lose your money and be let down.

It does not take more than 14 days for a refund hence they are clearly holding onto the money.

Long story short 15 year old son finds out 2 days before game that his birthday present ( game tickets ) are not happening.
Still waiting for refund more than 14 days now.
Readers for your sake AVOID !!!!
After all stress i cant even get my money back .
Well Ombudsman , Trading Standards already know .

Disguisting Customer Service.
We cancelled tickets for Game in Dec 24 and agreed partial refund to be paid. Am still waiting and have chased and chased and now March 23rd 2025 and still nothing.

I bought from them for my friend and her son a pair of tickets in the amount of 800 euros for the match of Atletico Madrid against Real Madrid in the Champions League for the date 12/3/2025. We bought a pair of tickets to sit next to each other and they promised to send the electronic tickets between 72 hours and 24 hours before the game. We ordered the tickets for the game we received confirmation that we bought the tickets immediately booked flights to Madrid and closed a hotel for which we paid almost 2000 euros just hotel and flights. Until the day of the game, the site did not send the tickets for the game, although in customer service in the chat they answered and kept saying that it was being processed and not to worry. All the time before the game we only dealt with them and we didn't enjoy the trip. They returned the money but did not offer us any compensation. If I could even one star I would not mark it. We had a very bad and difficult experience on the trip to the game

Tickets delivered on time and seats were better located than expected which was a great bonus.

Got 2 tickets of LFC vs Southampton couple months ago for my husband 40's birthday. Accommodation and flights been all booked. Got an email 2 days before kickoff, no tickets only refund. PS. I am still chasing my refund, there is not update provided.

Do not trust as they are not reliable. Bought 4 tickets to Everton v Manchester Utd 22nd of Feb.. my order was cancelled with no explaination less than 14hrs before kick off. no tickets provided and didn't give us any justification or help sourcing new ones. Would never use again as this was completely unacceptable and terrible experience as bought for 3 friends. I would be reporting to authorities only they refunded the money.
