I was worried when the tickets for Arsenal's home game did not arrive on the afternoon before the game. I emailed and asked when they would come and got the answer that they will look into it and get back to you. I also used their chat service and after asking the same question and entering the order number, the conversation was cut off.
At midnight, I received an email that we would receive the tickets by 11 am the same day. There was apparently a problem uploading the tickets according to wow tickets.
We finally got the tickets a few hours before the start of the match, but not the seats next to each other that we paid for.
I would not recommend this company as it creates incredible stress due to poor communication and late delivery.

Terrible experience! I wish I had found all these comments before purchasing my tickets. The company/service provided me with incorrect details on procuring expensive seats together, resulting in my party being held in three different locations. Then they offered to give me crummy seats for a lot more money together. And all the way they have been very unresponsive - two days out from gameday and I have no tickets in hand or idea of what is going on.

Awful situation, don't touch this service.
Money taken immediately, but there wasn't any communication till last minute before match started. I had to buy another additional ticket to get on. Double cost for me. Not recommended to anyone.

We ordered 2 tickets for Manchester United - Fulham two weeks before the match. I specifically asked for a confirmation (before booking flights and hotel). This I got the next day.
The tickets were to be sent digitally, no later than one day before the match.
So we went to Manchster. The day before the match we didn't (yet) get the tickets. The e-mail from them was late in the evening, where they mentioned it was because of a downloading problem from the Manchester United website. We would receive them the next day, no later than 1 p.m.
The next day we were waiting for the tickets, which didn't come. I started e-mailing them (many times) with no response.
Also tried to open a chat, where there was no one answering the whole day.
Finally at 17.30 we got an e-mail where they said they were sorry, but unfortunately they were unable to get us the tickets.
That was 2½ hours before the match !!
So, so disappointing.
And they would refund the paid amount (which we haven't seen so far, by the way).

After flying from The Netherlands to Manchester and booking a hotel for the weekend.

Purchased tickets two weeks in advance for a Manchester United game. Emailed a week prior as no tickets and every email the story changed. We were promised tickets by 13:00’on the day of the game. 16:00 when chased them again we got an email saying they couldn’t provide them! Absolutely disgraceful, no remorse shown by them just scammers. Avoid at all costs. Used football ticket net and had them within 15 minutes with a phone call to explain the process too.

Order tickets on 11/08 for today Man United game and started to chase for digital tickets on 14/8. Had several live chats with ‘Danny’ & Samantha saying they will be email me over and been promised (had email confirmation too)to have them no later than 1pm on day of the match. We had to travel over 1.5h to get to Manchester and we chase up again as it was 3:30pm and no tickets on email as yet. During that time I’ve received an email that order cancelled. they gave me 2 options to decide. This time of a day when you have travelled, spend all that money and travel long time for them to cancel like that. There’s no reason to mess people like that, also asking for refund and don't know it takes how long. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Order tickets on 29/07 for today Man United game and started to chase for digital tickets for at leas a week. Had several live chats with ‘Dave’ saying they will be email me over and been promised (had email confirmation too)to have them by 1pm on day of the match. We had to travel over 3,5h to get to Manchester and while we were 1h away from place we started to chase up again as it was 1:30pm and no tickets on email as yet. Tried live chat again(waiting an hour on it) this time was Flora I've been chucked before I manage to even chat with her. I’ve tired several times again but no luck at all. During that time I’ve received an email that tickets unfortunately are not availed for them to provide and they gave me 3 options to decide. This time of a day when you have travelled, spend all that money booking place to stay have a day off work and travel long time for them to cancel like that. There’s no reason to mess people like that, we will be seeking legal advice. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Absolutely brilliant, went to England v Switzerland, was concerned but tickets were transferred and better grade 1 instead of grade 3, would definitely use again.

Ordered tickets for the recent England Euro24 game. By far the best price i could see online. Agent was very helpful in the online chat through the buying process. There was a very slight issue a few days later when tickets were being allocated, but again these were quickly resolved and communication was through Live Chat, email and WhatsApp messaging. All in all a very good experience and the tickets were Amazing seats. Thanks guys... Will definitely use again!

Crooks!! Total scum bags! Bought level 2 tickets for Euro 3 months prior to game and ended up with £30 tickets in opposite end. Had to leave game early due to safety. Emails unanswered, phone numbers don’t work, online chat doesn’t work. This company are total crooks and scum of the earth

Having just been scammed out of tickets for Scotland v Swirtzerland at EURO 2024 and reading other 1 star reviews. It seems to be a common theme with this website. Order the tickets well in advance, get told you will receive them 2 days before, then the excuses start, and you don't recieve the tickets, then they will say you will get them on the day of the match, then they will say 2 hours before kick off. They are either selling tickets they don't have or they are selling them to the highest bidders, absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

We bought 3x tickets for Scotland vs Switzerland Euro 2024 fixture around 1 month prior to the tournament, but tickets were not delivered. The company claimed the tickets were “still downloading and “not ready” when queried countless times in the lead up to the game. Hours before kick off we were told that we would not receive our tickets. The company clearly sold our tickets to a higher bidder and never allocated tickets to us. Avoid this company at all costs!

This is a total scam, and the company should be taken down.
We paid for Scotland v Switzerland tickets 6 weeks in advance only to be told on the day of the match after countless days of messaging, that they can’t provide the tickets and will provide a refund.
We were suspicious about a week or two before the event that something wasn’t quite right. “But we’re reassured over and over that the tickets would be arriving shortly. Had we known we’d end up with no tickets, we could have tried to source others, but because we were informed so last minute, it was impossible. Thousands of wasted pounds on travel, and bitter disappointment at missing the match. This company has a lot to answer for.”

Bought 3 tickets to the FA cup semifinal between Man Utd and Coventry. 2 hours before the game I recieved an email that they could not deliver. Travelled all the way from Norway just to see the game. Would not recommend.
