Great service from Phillipa on Whatapp, she was able to sort out my fast track physio claim very simply for me after I’d managed to make a mess of trying to submit it via the app. Was very reassuring to feel that she cared and wanted to resolve it for me & was able to approve 10 sessions with my preferred provider. I had gallbladder surgery last year, and WPA were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. When things became a little hectic and confusing, Kate was my main point of contact, and she was always there to explain how the insurance worked, what was covered, and how much I needed to pay from my end while WPA covered the rest.

A year later, I unexpectedly received an invoice from one of the anaesthetists involved in my surgery. Once again, Kate was able to step in, guide me through the process, and help get everything sorted.

Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience with WPA. The level of support, communication and reassurance I received throughout the process made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I’m very grateful for the help I received, particularly from Kate.

I have been with WPA for 6 years & I am always very pleased with their service. The app is easy to use, payments for dentist, optician etc are processed quickly. For larger issues the staff are really helpful & I like the fact I can speak directly to my healthcare partner Frank Coelho, who is invaluable. Straight forward process for claiming cost for new glasses. Upload photos of receipts and prescription using the WPA app. Money in bank account within 5 days of making claim.

things that you should know is that unlike many insurances, they don't do nasty tricks when you submit a claim. Their support is very helpful and useful, both on email and phone.
basically what you expect from an insurance.

the thing that they should know, is the website needs some investment, it is not easy to navigate. the page with doctors and practitioners listed is out dated, and a couple of other things

I've been a client of WPA for more than eight years, and the staff have always taken the time to understand my needs, answer my questions, and provide support whenever required. Over the years, I've experienced a number of medical challenges, and without the support of WPA, I don't believe I would have been able to make the progress and achieve the positive outcomes that I have.
