Bought the eBay sync and import plugins, the devs have been very patient and helpful supporting me to set them both up.

Doesn't work, after several attempts to import from ebay to website product disappear. Very poor customer support.

Top tool, top support - would not only recommend, but also use the tools again.

WP lab is a must have for anybody that has a woocommerce store and plans to sell on eBay or Amazon. It is a enormous time saver and makes importing and updating listings very easy. Customer support is also very effective with timely and useful responses. Highly recommend!

Responsive support. Good plugin that allows for accepting credit cards without processing it immediately.

I've had a few questions about some of the settings in the plugin and every one has been answered promptly. The integration is fantastic and pretty simple to use. We now have all our orders in one place.

We have used a WPLab software for a couple of years now and it is hands down the most cost effective robust solution around.

Some other reviews seem to think it is fiddly to set up and complicated - realistically software this powerful and customisable has to have an element of complexity to it in order for it to be able to integrate fully into amazon and Ebay’s processes. Once the initial setup is completed it pretty much runs itself.

We recommend this to others all the time, having compared some other systems recently when we were trying to integrate wayfair the pricing is also *extremely* fair for what this does.

The only minor problem we have is with managing stock on eBay variations - we would love to see a feature to chain MVL skus stock levels to woocommerce simple products - that would be so useful where we have both single and MVL listings of the same product, no idea if that is possible or not though.

Developers really know their stuff, personalised replies have been sent to us with every enquiry.

We would love to see Amazon Vendor , Etsy and Wayfair plug-ins in the future as your software is much better thought out than some other companies ... put us down as willing beta testers!

Very good solution for little webshops. But a bit too expensive, because I do not make so much money with this service.

Highly cost-effective plugin if you sell on eBay and Amazon and are needing inventory sync and order creation. Very supportive help.

I use WP Lister for Amazon and Ebay - both very fiddly to set-up, Amazon has taken 2 weeks just to get the products listed.

It hasnt helped that the instructions are both out of date and unclear and there is no live chat support which has meant it has taken longer to resolve

Fantastic for both Amazon & eBay, both work just as you would hope. Plus the support is great and all without breaking the bank. Thank you for a great product & service WP labs.
