S Naziri's survey was smooth and professional. He was punctual, extremely courteous and respectful. He was also a very good listener.
Wren are mutton dressed as lamb.
You are not getting quality by going with them.
We bought a Jpaul kitchen. Within 4 months it is falling apart. The doors are all hanging funny. The corners are chipped. And a warning for anyone with arthritis- this kitchen is not for you. The depths of the pull outs are not deep enough. The doors slips out your fingers and it is difficult to open the fridge/ freezers due to the suction.
11k and our previous screwfix kitchen was better. Had it for 14 yrs and no chips.
The CDA fridge is very poor. It has mould growing in the rubber, the fridge is always pooling with water and the freezer is frozen solid even at the lowest temps that the draw fronts have snapped off.
I wish i could add pictures!
Customer service is great and i can not fault their kindness but would rather have not been in this position.
Keiron was very polite and helpful. He answered all of my questions, gave wonderful advice and promptly got on with measuring our kitchen ready for our kitchen design booking. No fuss!
The communication was excellent and our surveyor was pleasant, polite and professional.
I have had an issue with a sub standard replacement being issued by Wren for my Kitchen, I had spent 2 weeks trying to get it sorted and then spoke to Kayleigh the Customer Manager and she got the issue sorted in one phone call. She was really helpful and brilliant and it means that that I can get back on track.
All the better following a couple of minor issues the customer service team corrected immediately had a replacement door for a scratched door the next day amazing
I paid a substantial deposit for my kitchen (on payment card) to secure the offer unfortunately I have not been well enough to carry out my complete kitchen renovation project for now. The order is fully cancellable and deposit refundable so I have cancelled my order but the nightmare of getting back my refund begins. First no email came from the right department to confirm cancellation of the whole order (nevermind the refund). I phoned, first they said the refund takes 5 days for money to be in account (of my card). Nothing came, then they said its 28 days, then an email came to inform me that they will send a cheque with no reason whatsoever. According to regulations, the refund must be issued back to the card. My card account is quite new and very much still active. I have just paid with the card when I phoned their head office and they said it was because refund to my card had failed. I phoned my card issuer, they confirmed there should be no such issue as my card is active. Something very fishy is going on with my refund. This puts me off completely with the company and I will never come back to them when I am ready to do my kitchen.
We haven’t had our full experience yet with Wren but M Rawlinson came to take measurements etc. and get the ball rolling.
Mike was lovely, chatty, friendly and very professional. Got the job done and knew what he was talking about with everything we discussed.
Thanks Mike.
The chaps that came to deliver my Wren kitchen were really nice, polite and looked happy in their work. They were quick too.
Excellent service from Wren home survey team. D Turco’s communication was excellent prior to the visit, he was respectful of my home and completed the survey efficiently and showed me the plan before her left.

KITKCHENS NUMBER ONE COWBOYS
Wren promotes itself as the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, but my experience has been the complete opposite. The process felt heavily focused on sales and increasing the final cost, with nowhere near enough practical knowledge, care or accountability when problems arose.
Due to mistakes made during the surveying and design process, I was effectively backed into a corner and forced to accept a payment simply so I could continue with the installation. Even after doing so, my kitchen remains only partially complete and is not finished to the standard or design I originally paid for.
I have also been left out of pocket through additional fuel and travel costs, including having to transport washing elsewhere because I was left without a fully functioning kitchen. Despite repeatedly raising these points, Wren has failed to properly address them and appears determined to ignore the financial impact its mistakes have caused.
Once the sale is complete, the level of support disappears. In my experience, the priority was increasing the value of the order rather than ensuring the kitchen was designed correctly and the customer received the service they had paid for.
I will continue escalating this matter and sharing my experience until I am properly reimbursed and my kitchen is completed in the way it was originally designed and sold to me.
One word accurately sums up my experience: COWBOYS.
Update they have still yet to give me a valid resolution.
Beware that they lie on there reponses and maker you feel is if they are doing something but they don't.
Robbed, fraud - all of the above. Trading Standards are aware of how awful this company are.
