G Hickman was friendly, efficient & constructive with his ideas & insight into what my odd-shaped kitchen have as design features. I couldn’t have asked for more, he went above and beyond a routine measure up of the space.
Customer service has been excellent with emails & phonecalls from the whole team to determine what exactly I need.
I feel safe in Wren’s hands to make my kitchen a fabulous space to live in!
Everything was good except I had to call Wren as hadn't had a call from the surveyor with an ETA. Advised they would call back but didn't. Called a 2nd time to be assured we were the next appointment from Scunthorpe a 25 min ride away to Hessle. He arrived 50 mins later. Advised he had called but couldn't get through. Asked him to check my contact number but he couldn't because it was updating something on his phone.
Roy is very nice and friendly. He arrived early versus the time we booked in. He explained clearly the purpose of his visit.
The designer for us was outstanding and would get 5 star's. This review is written about Wren's inability to deliver the right product the first time. On a £25k+ kitchen order (supply only) Wren managed to deliver 8 items with totally the wrong size and colour plus a freestanding Fridge/Freezer instead of an integrated tower fridge. The real issue was when I followed the guidance from Wren which was to check I had everything and that everything was correct I did exactly that. The issue was that they put correct labels on incorrect items so it wasn't until the point of use (unboxing ready to fit) that our fitters identified that 7 items were a completely different sizer and colour. I immediately contacted Wren who advised replacements would by 7-10 days so my fitters were only able to fit up to unit 6 as 6 was a visible decorative panel so work had to stop. Wren's attitude to this was appalling and took no responsibility for the issue as I wasn't using a Wren fitter (they actually said that!) it was my issue to sort. This incompetency was compounded when i advised that the fitter would be charging my extra labour charges as they would go over the allowed time. Considering this was 100% down to poor quality control by Wren applying lables to wrong product I was shocked. Wren advise that I should have opened every single box I got 45+ boxes of all sizes - they couldnt understand how I found this to be an issue.
Summary is Wren will design a great kitchen BUT will not be able to have sufficient quality control checks in place to make sure what is delivered is correct to the design. Plus they will not cover costs incurred (i have invoices) for the additional fitter time!
They claim to care and be a family run business when in reality they only care about taking your money - even the delivery drivers and stone fitters say this!!
Good communication by text re ETA. Friendly, competent, professional service by Michael Herdman.
Absolutely great customer service for something so small. This is in addition to a previous experience with a drawer insert.
Gemma was kind enough to call to explain what was going to be done. When she couldn't get hold of me, she called my husband.
Thanks
My experience was very good with your staff and service good email
Fitted wardrobes measured and installed wrong. Wren sent their surveyor to take "accurate measurements".
When the wardrobes were installed they were short of the ceiling by 255mm. We complained to wren who have basically said they are not prepared to make adjustments with us parting with more money. There customer care is shocking and really hard to get hold of. They've basically washed there hands of us. We are not left with wardrobes which are not fitted and as per the design illustration we agreed to.
We will be taking this further and going legal if needs be.
Please avoid and read all reviews before purchasing anything from wren. There are better companies out there. It's a hard lesson learnt for us im afraid.
E. Brown came out to do measurements for new kitchen. Very polite and helpful.
Abs in showroom also very helpful. Done design for kitchen which I’m very happy with.
I have had nothing but excellent service from everybody I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Wren, they have all been extremely professional pleasant and efficient. Well done Wren , highly recommend. Regards ,Andy
After a very stressful few days of not being able to get a straight answer out of the Wren Customer Service line my call was answered by Harrison who was fantastic. They went through various options with me and sent me immediate screenshotes so we could talk through the pro and cons of each option. Once dicussed with my builder I called back adn spoke to Natasha who was equally helpful and finally helped get the additional items ordered to complete our kitchen.
My interactions with these two people restored my faith in Wren after the surveyor had mis-represented something on our drawings and the sales person who we ordered with (and earnt her commission from us) basically said "not my problem"!

I was very impressed with Wren's customer service advisor Bilal who I spoke to today. He helped me with replacing a wrong item for the kitchen which was a wrong size. He was so polite and very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I was very impressed with him sorting out my issues so quickly and without any fuss. Well done Bilal for restoring my moral and making me feel honoured, since having had a bad experience with another member of the team. Thank you.

After only 4 years we have a repeating issue of the laminate peeling off our cabinets. The issue has been ongoing for a year - having raised the issue with Wren, apparently this is expected/acceptable - there response as follows:
"We appreciate your concerns regarding the manufacturing fault you have raised. However, as your kitchen is now 4 years old, it will have been subject to normal use and environmental factors over time, which can affect the condition and performance of materials."
So if you reasonably expect your kitchens not to delaminate after 4 years then avoid at all costs. If however you agree with Wren that this is normal then crack on. I know that for circa £30k I expect better than 3 years of use before they start peeling!
We have been advised by two separate Wren fitters that this is an ongoing issue - and this seems to be the case reading other reviews. I fear we are getting close to the stage of court action now Wren have suggested this is due to "normal use and environmental factors over time".
