Arrived on time, was very polite and respectful of our property. Again our experience with Wren as a company has very positive.
Micheal was very professional and polite. He arrived on time and was lovely to chat to ☺️
Rob and John arrived on the designated time slot, rang me when they were 20 mins away and delivered the replacement unit. The unit itself was intact, without any damage, and they placed it exactly where I asked it to be left. Everything was done quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner.
The quartz worktop team, R Finke, was perfect, very speedy,no problems, happy with how it looks.

What a straight forward process!
I planned the date of my visit and opted for a morning visit. The day before I was text with a time slot. On the morning of my visit I was called by Jon to let me know when he was ten minutes away.
I was delighted with his professionalism. He was efficient and quiet in the house doing his work. He came to me with any queries and answered all my questions without a bother.

I REGRETTED using Wren
Everything looked amazing at the beginning.
Nightmare started after deposit was made, stressing for 2 completed months - every steps have something wrong.
The project package included an assigned builder who would visit and make final measurement against the designer's plan before making a full payment, also you could change the plan up to 20 meetings if needed and no rush to make decisions.
23Jun - I visited the showroom, spent 2hours to discuss an initial idea, that I made it clear I wanted the project to be done by end of July
24Jun - I made a deposit and urged to move forward ASAP
For 3weeks, the builder did not call proactively, nor replying SMS, calls. I had been chasing the Salesperson every few days, the builder texted then disappeared, another day said he confirmed visiting the next day then ghosted. I was urging to get it moving and did not understand why it has to be waiting for this builder who does not seem to be interested to the job.
I also asked to reconfirm if this could work as planned, by end of Jul, the salesperson kept saying no problem.
Eventually they found another builder to visit, very rude and arrogant; complained the designer's plan was wrong. He highlighted the installation date will be 17Sep, if I could not accept this he would leave straightaway because "there is no point for him to measure" and he "will not come back anyway even if the design will change" so I had to ask all questions this was the last chance. He also mentioned it would take more than 1week to complete the installation, instead of what I was being sold with prebuilt unit (higher cost, "usually 3-4days).
I immediately called back the showroom and expressed my disappointment, sent an email to their Ass.Manager, who did not reply. The salesperson called back and apologised, asked if I accepted the original builder to take the job, who could start the project earliest as 17Aug.
I accepted it because if I had to look for other providers and go through the whole process again, I would need to wait until Oct.
Finally the builder came, of course he then never replied any messages after that. Only one time he mentioned he sent me the quote and I did not see any, he replied 2days after and sent it.
14Aug - Materials arrived as booked
17/18Aug - 2workers started the project
19/20Aug - they only worked from morning to noon
Apparently this was not 3-4days, ending up 9days in total.
I understand it is a rough suggestions and always depending on the adhoc situation, but everyone I talked to their first comment was it would never be 3-4days no matter what size of the kitchen is.
Following Issues:
1. Wrong items ordered - they ordered items that should have been taken out from the final edition; they ordered both laminate floorings and floor tiles; they ordered 1 box of the wall tiles I wanted in the final edition and 3 boxes of another style I picked in the past, I ended up using the style that is not my top choices because I could not afford to delay the project anymore. I also had to urgently order the tiles myself to keep it moving (I know I had responsibility to check the contract as well, my bad).
2. The builder accidentally damaged my newly painted wall, they fixed it but it did not look good
3. I reported to the builder that extractor was damaged from day3, they kept saying they would order an replacement, I found out they did nothing on day9; that I had to follow up myself by calling Wren CS
4. They urged me to sign something at the end stating "I m satisfied with the installation", which I was not until the replacement work is done. I did not sign that.
5. Day10, their waste collector partner came to pick up the waste and left a lot of leftover all over the car park, I received complaint from my neighbour and ending up I had to clean up myself, because they said they could only arrange another collection 2days after.
Spending extra energy and time to contacting the CS hotline because the showroom said they do not handle after-sale issue. , arrange replacement works, collection of unwanted items, staying home to wait for collections etc. Builder also did not want to come again, saying he was busy, needing to call CS to arrange.
07Sep - The replacement arrived.
08Sep - Builder arrived, opened the box and found the model delivered was wrong. I needed to call again and arrange another replacement
I will then need to spare another day for delivery, for builder to come and fix, and again collection of the wanted items.
With all the hassles and stress, I DO NOT RECOMMEND WREN.
It was supposed to be a smooth and happy event as I was getting my first home, needing to go through all of these are the most stressful part before settling in my new home is a nightmare, bare in mind the stress they gave is not just 1-2days, it's a over 2month stress.

Good installation, but seriously disappointing aftercare.
I spent over £20,000 with Wren Kitchens and, to be fair, I was happy with the kitchen installation itself. Unfortunately, my experience with Wren’s aftercare has been extremely disappointing.
Within months of the kitchen being installed, the under-cabinet LED lighting supplied and installed by Wren failed. I reported the problem on 20 August 2026 and was asked to provide photographs, which I supplied the same day. Wren then agreed to send replacement lights.
However, simply sending replacement lights did not resolve the issue. The lighting cable runs behind the wall cabinet, meaning the cabinet needs to be removed to install the replacement properly. I specifically asked Wren how this would be dealt with and whether an installer would be arranged. My email was not answered.
I followed up again and even provided a video demonstrating why the replacement could not simply be fitted without removing the cabinet.
I subsequently received a phone call from Wren, during which I was asked where I had obtained the lights and who had installed them — despite the fact that the lighting is clearly included on my Wren order and was supplied and installed by Wren. I was then told the matter would need to be passed to someone else.
The following day, an Installations Coordinator apologised and confirmed that a works order had been raised to remove the unit so that the lighting cable could be properly installed. I was asked when I would be available, but since then I have heard absolutely nothing.
So, despite multiple contacts with Wren’s Customer Installations and Installations Coordination teams, the problem remains unresolved.
This is particularly frustrating because the underlying issue is relatively straightforward. I don't expect electrical components to last forever, but when a product supplied and installed by the company fails within months, I do expect the company to take responsibility and arrange a proper repair.
The contrast between the installation experience and the aftercare has been very disappointing. The kitchen itself was installed well, but once there was a problem, I found myself repeatedly having to chase Wren, explain the same circumstances several times and provide evidence to support something that should already have been clear from their own records.
My experience has unfortunately left me with the impression that Wren is far more interested in completing and closing an installation than in providing effective aftercare when something goes wrong.
I am now considering paying a competent installer to remove the cabinet, install the replacement lighting, refit the cabinet and make good any resulting work, and will be seeking to recover the reasonable costs involved.
In summary: happy with the kitchen installation, but extremely unhappy with Wren’s aftercare. When you spend over £20,000 on a kitchen, you expect considerably better support when a problem develops only months later.

I contacted Wren regarding delamination of a kitchen end panel on my kitchen fitted 3 years ago. It was dealt with quickly by Samuel who arranged for the replacement panel to be delivered in a couple of weeks. He also sorted out a payment for installation despite my kitchen being stock only (no fitting). He was polite, friendly and helpful.
