Wren Kitchens - Basildon Reviews 25

My experience with Wren Kitchens has been absolutely horrible, and unfortunately this issue has still not been resolved. I have been dealing with the Basildon branch, and I am now being told that I may have to pay for adjustments to correct mistakes that were caused by incorrect measurements taken by Wren in the first place, which I find completely unacceptable.

I have been in contact with a very helpful lady from the case handling team, and while she has been polite and supportive throughout, we still have not made any real progress towards resolving the issue.

This whole experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing, especially after waiting months for my kitchen. I expected a much higher level of accountability and customer service from Wren.

What a load of rubbish, had a design appointment at 2.30, i get a call saying stuck in traffic can we do three. So i check. No traffic anywhere. Then i get another call, advising stuck on bridge, can i send college, no you fecking cant you liar. If you are on qe2 bridge, you are going wrong way. My wife workes at lakeside says bridge is fine. Wont rebook.

Early delivery this morning, was kept up to date of when to expect delivery and both Ben and Dan were great! Polite, helpful and very efficient at unloading the many items!! Looked after our doors and floors and were very professional. Thank you so much for your time and effort delivering our new kitchen!

Had our wren kitchen delivered by Ben and Dan both were really helpful and very speedy! They helped advise me on the best route for the fitters to carry through the flat pack boxes for the kitchen and they finished the delivery in less than 30mins.

Very polite and helpful lads .

Rob and John delivered our wren order today, they were friendly, polite and put the items carefully were I asked.

Rob and Shaun were polite friendly and nothing was too much trouble they laid carpet and door protector and were extremely helpful a 5 star experience thank you both

Rob and John provided a very helpful, very professional delivery of kitchen. Considerate to our property and extremely helpful and knowledgeable

Wren sourced kitchen fitter completed 95% of the work and said he would be back within a week to finish.

Wasted our time for 6 weeks promising to come back with constant excuses and no shows.

Formally complained to Wren Kitchens who are also completely ineffective at actioning completion. They are unable to get the original fitter to come back and have been unable to allocate us a new fitter within a reasonable time period despite constant phone calls and emails. Still ongoing.

For the price, an extremely frustrating experience.

Good communication from the start, delivery guys polite and helpfull.

Had fantastic service from Daniel T in the Basildon branch. Such a positive experience from the first visit to completing my order. He was so patient with me as I made changes to both my kitchen and bedroom design. Explained all of the pros and cons of certain choices over others, extremely knowledgeable about the designs/appliances and was not pushy at all. Really appreciate all of his help designing my kitchen!!

Excellent service by the transport team Mitchell & Toby who were on time and took time to make sure item not damaged.

We have have spent a long time researching kitchen companies in prep for our kitchen reno, and one of our first port of calls was Wren.

From the moment we stepped into the Basildon showroom, our designer Dan, was amazing. He listened to our thoughts, gave great suggestions and ideals, and was just a pleasure to deal with. Today we went in for a final meeting to decide if we would push the button and order through Wren or another company - unfortunately due to the colour we need for our kitchen, we're unable to go ahead with Wren. Dan was understanding, and helped with making the decision ultimately.

I'd read a lot about Wren, and heard some horror stories, but can honestly say that Dan has been so helpful along the way, and just down to his service, we would recommend them as a company.

From beginning to end Wren have been fantastic, since the moment we stepped foot in the showroom to all the help and aftercare from delivery to installation. Dan at pipps hill basildon was brilliant at the showroom and shockingly rang us to lessen the price of our kitchen, fab customer service. And the aftercare team have been brilliant. Not often you get good customer service nowadays but I cannot rate wren enough, highly recommend

I recently bought a kitchen from Wren. (Pipps Hill)
After visiting Wickes and B&Q to our surprise Wren was the cheapest. Our experience in the shop was made very easy by Paige Brett who helped us decide what was right for us and what would fit also, look good. So helpful & friendly and put our minds at rest. There was lots of communication letting us know of our delivery also, on there way to delivering.
Once here there was still lots of correspondence asking if all ok & if anything missing or need any assistance use there app to report this, so easy to use as I needed a couple of missing items. Again, that wasn’t a problem and delivered to my door after reporting it on Wren’s app.
Really happy with my kitchen & would highly recommend! Great service 😊

So happy with my new kitchen. We visited the Wren showroom in Basildon where we met Tatyana and here she helped us created our gorgeous kitchen.
Tatyana was unbelievable helpful and patient. Always returned emails and texts promptly .
I would highly recommend Wren.

Final measurement of kitchen it turns out did not seem accurate, hence when kitchen units delivered and fitted additional work required by our independent kitchen fitter, and showed up flaws in their so called design.Not advised that the splash backs or upstand for the worktops we chose were not available.

The kitchen was installed January 2023. One of the drawer panels has now cracked and chipped off. Wren claims this was caused by accidental damaged and can't be replaced under the warranty.

Not happy with this at all. Spent around £15k and problems start to arise less than three years after installation.

I won't be using this Company again should the need arise.

Very bad experience with wren kitchen.designer has not explained properly about the other option to use the space and instalation from wren was superexpensive ,kitches sink pipe was fell off in weeks.
