Kitchen also has exposed wires. Wasn't cheap either. Wouldn't recommend.. Paid full got half job. When you complain takes ages and rarely get anywhere..

So we have live wires and loose sockets in the kitchen - a bedroom unit top that isn't fitted on. The appliances I PAID to be disposed of (cooker & dishwasher) have finally been taken as I had to pay someone else to collect them.
I will NEVER use wren again, nor recommend them to anyone. nightmare of a company.

I purchased a kitchen in 2021 and, after placing the order, my experience was fairly average. The designer who assisted us seemed to have only basic knowledge beyond the standard checklist.
Recently, we decided to extend our kitchen, and as we needed everything to match, we had little choice but to return to Wren. Initially, the experience was positive, but issues arose after the worktop templating stage. The quartz template technician left without any explanation, and a few days later we received a call from the designer and branch manager informing us that they could not fit the new quartz alongside the existing quartz—despite the original worktop also being supplied by Wren. We were then advised to either look for an external supplier or choose a different material altogether.
This was disappointing, as matching quartz was a key requirement discussed during the planning stage. It appears there is a lack of coordination between teams. After nearly a month of searching, I found another supplier who completed the job without any issues or visible defects. I had to wait for the complete kitchen for an additional 2 months. If another company could do this, it raises the question of why Wren could not—and why this was only identified at the templating stage, when all details should have already been known, and what Wren is compensating me for not providing the agreed service.
Over the past two months, I have visited the Batley branch multiple times to follow up on my refund. Each time, the manager was unavailable, and I was assured that someone would contact me, but I never received a call. This level of service is very disappointing. a
I only recently noticed an email regarding the refund, but given that the issue was on Wren’s side, it is concerning that no proactive communication was made. Based on my experience, once payment has been made, customer support appears to fall short unless you are particularly fortunate with who handles your case.

What a great experience, Very professional did a fantastic job took great care to cover my carpets etc so no dust, would recommend him to anyone. Felt very comfortable with him in my home genuine pleasant man.

Bought a bedroom set. Fitted sliderobes. 2 fitted bedside tables and a fitted tallboy. Over £4k. Poor design and their IT issues means you can't access 50% of one hanging space. Internals broke first time it was used so one of the doors lolls out of place. Not flush to wall on one side. Looks awful as no decor panels supplied. Manufacturing fault in one if the mirrored doors. This was 7 weeks ago. Wren have tried to place all the onus on us and our fitters despite them having the same door issue in their own showroom !! It beggars belief. Several poor offers that go no way towards remedying a problem they caused and have admitted as such. Ombudsman now involved. Do not buy bedrooms from Wren you are buying stress and hundreds of phonecalls, e-mails and texts as they try to wriggle out if doing the right thing and taking responsibility.

Bedroom furniture, don't bother. We are now over a month in and have an unusable room. Over £4k spent, slide wardrobes do not fit the space, run out of plumb and do not fully close. Doors do not open properly, so you can only access 2/3 of the space in the wardrobes. Finish is shocking, doors catch on runners. Cheap crap sold at a premium. Currently taking them to the Ombudsman as they refuse to resolve the issues, even though them admit a software glitch has caused the problems. Take no responsibility for their errors. Customer service is a complete joke, closing complaint tickets even though no resolution has been offered. Seriously people don't trust these cowboys. Management said to us today "Its not my problem, I still get paid". And that is their company attitude. Be warned.
