Aside from a couple of technical communication issues, the whole experience was easy and resulted in a great outcome. The entire team, from Lily to the Customer Service team, including Harrison, Richard, and Neve, were all very helpful with the aftercare points. I’d recommend Wren Kitchens to friends and family based on this experience.

I had a query regarding my kitchen installation and spoke with a very helpful person called Joseph ,he listened to my concerns and said he would deal with the issue and call me back ,he did so and I believe based on his advice the concern as been resolved.

Essentially, we did not get what we designed!
Wren measured our kitchen (arguably a difficult kitchen) 3 times. Based on those measurements we designed a kitchen. When the push came to the shove, the units supplied did not fit and we had to accept units that would fit. Strangely when the quartz tops were measured, they fitted perfectly.
Issues were not resolved timeously and the additional stress and backwards and forwards between designer, customer service (appauling) was tiring and a waste of time until there was an intervention.
Luckily Wren did installation and supplied the units and I feel that had we gone for our own installer, we would have been left out in the cold.
Amazing how unavailable everyone was once the agreement was signed, prior Wren were falling over themselves making contact.
You might also have the fabulous experience of the uppity Gavin on reception shout at you when he can't hear you and even throw the phone down on you. Never experienced anything like this before.
Not a great experience overall.
PS : the white noise in their reply to this review is just the kind of drivel you can expect to hear.

All very quick and helpful when ordering and taking your money. Instal booked much earlier than I requested, but told if i cancel it would be ages!
Loads of issues after fitting, doors not fitting, to the point of being able to see through to what is on the shelves with doors closed, I believe they are too small! Where adjustable doors have been moved, can see the pale brown wood, cannot tweek enough to get rid which looks awful with dark blue units! Hinge missing completely, Belfast sink seems poorly fitted, again you can see the pale brown wood. We had an odd floor due to being a very old house, but the plinths at the bottom have a large gap above them and the bottom of the unit. Looks awful. Soft close drawer wasn't, I called it my shove close drawer, fixed that ourselves!
Been onto customer service since February, still not getting anything fixed, although very good at promises!
Over charged by nearly £300 for upstands on the worktops, which we didn't order or have. Also nearly £500 for panels that were delivered but not on our plans, took WEEKS to get them collected!
This refund of nearly £800, I had to ask if we were due money back and chase, if I hadn't then would never have got it!
Awaiting a call from the fitter to come out, not holding my breath.
Customer service seem lovely when you chat to them, but then nothing gets done, hence nearly June and nothing really sorted!
Very, very, very frustrating and sick of being on hold!

I can highly recommend Wren as a kitchen supplier. In particular the Cribbs Causeway team at Bristol.
My designer Jonny Bevan has been fantastic. He took over from an original designer and gave attention to detail. He identified fault in the first design coming up with solutions to resolve this. He listened to my needs which was reflected in my design.
Jonny also identified a fault in the home measuring service. Arranging for this to be rectified before the final order.
While the fault came at a financial loss (I needed to take leave to be present for two measurements), Jonny’s attention to detail prevented any further disruption.
The ordering process is easy and made even more efficient by the Wren app. Returns or exchanges are easy to resolve.
Olivia from customer service has also been very helpful when dealing with queries etc.

Seem if I don't supply Wren with my details Trustpilot will delete my post? BUT Wren have all my details surely as they visited my house & gave me the hard sell & never returned x5 emails & calls. And Trustpilot say if I don't provide them again I'm history! So will wren be with the appalling customer experience I had.

Richard T was very helpful and efficient. Due to his input, we have managed to reposition the power outlet for the built-in fridge-freezer with minimal re-work to the stud partitioning. Without his knowledge, and in the absence of electrical supply requirements/specifications from AEG or Wren, the power outlet would have been too far away for the power cord to reach.

I had a great experience with Wren (Bristol) from start to finish. My designer (Chloe) did a brilliant job coming up with options for my kitchen, there was no pressure selling just straight forward pricing, which ended up being some way cheaper than Magnet and Howdens like for like. I made numerous changes to the plan both before and after I'd committed to purchase the kitchen and they were all accommodated with zero fuss. The kitchen arrived on time and was unpacked with extreme care. The quality is great. I had some slight scuffs on two of thew cabinet doors but the app made it very easy to order replacements (free of charge) which arrived a week later. I am really happy with my new kitchen and would recommend Wren.

We bought a Wren kitchen in 2024 and within 13 months of use, two doors and a drawer have high gloss wrapping chipped. The wrapping is peeling off and has become more visible recently, hence this post.
Pictures sent to Wren, but no replacement offered as they said it was consistent with impact damage?
I explained that previous kitchens from B&Q and Howdens had no damage at all after years of use and I couldn’t understand why the wrapping came away so easily. Disappointing! Howdens will be our next supplier.

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the Cribbs Wren store near Bristol. Our designer, Graeme Kelford, was outstanding, courteous, skilled, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Our kitchen arrived on time, every item in pristine condition. Excellent. We then ordered a small array of bedroom cabinets, again arrived on time, nothing mussing, no damage. We have been really pleased with the whole service from Wren and will certainly be recommending Wren to friends and family . Thank you.

I had a home survey done today with Kaitriona G. Found it very enjoyable as all the questions I asked Kaitriona she managed to explain them extremely well and in a professional manner and she also gave me advice when I asked for it which helped me a lot.
