Abysmal. Avoid at all costs. Made to measure furniture that doesn't fit in the house despite being assured it would by their in house surveyor. Half the furniture missing from order. And don't know what to reorder.

Installer then sent following day to install furniture that wasn't there and became quite irrate on the phone.

Customer service a joke. No offer to make amends, just have to wait another 4 weeks for someone.

Will be going to the FHIO at the end of the week to report them as they do not meet consumer standards

Both the driver and delivery guy were top class! Didn’t mind them being late as they kept me informed throughout the day! Credit to the company.

So friendly and service is great.

I love my kitchen, the quality is wonderful even though we went for the most budget range available. The doors are strong and sturdy. The new kitchen has made our house feel much more homely, elevating the entire house. I adore the integrated appliances (all through wren). Tate was fantastic with us in the showroom too. He talked us through all of the design options that we had and upon seeing that we wanted a new kitchen but couldn’t afford the top line range, he accommodated us well and adjusted the kitchen to suit what we needed. We got to see it through the VR headset and see what our kitchen would truly be like. The fitter of the kitchen (we employed our own) made an error with the drawers and wren has sent out new ones to him so the issue can be fixed too. I will always have a wren kitchen but next time I will not employ my own fitter and wait instead on getting wren’s tradespeople in next time.

They do not tell you that the delivery day is not the day your furniture gets fitted and they leave all the rubbish - packaging, screws ,wood on top of your bed and you have to move it out side until the disposal van comes to collect it. It’s one day for delivery another day for fitting and another day for removing all the waste. I had to pay an extra £83.00 for two extra shelves and delivery, I was told that because the shelves came with the wardrobe delivery I would be reimbursed the delivery cost. But no reply to my email. So I did another email to the company complaining about the service, I got a email back the next day saying my case is closed, no explanation or anything.

Tate at Dundee made the process of designing the kitchen and selecting the items so easy. By taking us around the showroom to see the different layouts and items as we created the design we were able to easily visualise everything. The virtual reality tour was also crucial in helping us chose colour palette.

Extremely disappointing delivery service

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Wren Kitchens’ delivery service and the way this whole situation has been handled.

I received a delivery time this morning, which was then delayed. The so-called “live tracking” has constantly changed back and forth, giving different delivery times and updates. I have been waiting in from 1pm, only to be told that the delivery would now be with me within the next hour. It is now 15:49 and the delivery has been delayed yet again.

The delivery driver actually called me, and when I explained that it simply wasn’t good enough to be told several times that the delivery was on its way, only for the estimated time to keep being pushed back, he hung up on me.

I then called the Wren Kitchens Hull branch to try and speak to someone and was told there was an estimated 40-minute wait just to have my call answered. I requested a call back, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me.

I completely understand that delays can happen — things go wrong and circumstances are sometimes outside of the company’s control. However, what is unacceptable is the poor communication, constantly changing delivery information and lack of customer service when you try to get answers.

I have now wasted a significant part of my day waiting around based on information provided by Wren, with no reliable indication of when my delivery will actually arrive.

Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of Wren Kitchens’ size.

I had my kitchen measured professionally by D Turco today and he was very polite and informative etc.

I contacted Wren CS due to an incorrect extractor fan being delivered which would not fit the cabinet that has been installed for it. Jordan Dexter took my call and was fully appreciative of the issue that I was experiencing and the knock on impact of this on our install which is due to complete on Friday of this week (writing on Wednesday). Jordan was able to help in identifying an alternative extractor and ordering this in a manner that was agreeable to us given that this was no fault of our own.

On time good service and information

Samuel was very helpful, he covered everything that i needed help with, if he wasn't sure about something or wanted to confirm something he would ask if it was ok to put me on hold, Samuel wouldn't give me information about a product if he he didn't have the correct answer, he always asked someone, Samuel was very polite and thorough.

Andrew and Joshua were absolutely fantastic. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for two nicer, more helpful people.

The house was still undergoing renovation while they were working, but they were incredibly professional, patient and accommodating throughout, and never complained once. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and everything was completed perfectly.

If every company had an Andrew and Joshua, the world would honestly be a better place! They are a real credit to the company, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I spoke with Farhaaj today 12/08/26 regarding a problem with my tall unit doors, he was so polite, understanding and helpful, and solved the problem with no fuss whatsoever. Well done wren for employing such lovey staff.

I will definitely recommend wren kitchens to my friends and family, mostly due to the polite understanding staff member Farhaaj and of course the beautiful kitchen I have purchased
