Micheal Herdman came to measure our kitchen this afternoon. He rang before he came stating a time of his arrival. Very nice and polite man. He explained everything also efficiently. Really happy with the service he provided.

Keith visited us to complete the home measure for our new kitchen, and he was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and efficient, explained everything clearly, and simply got on with the survey without any fuss.

The whole process felt easy and straightforward, and Keith gave us complete confidence that everything had been measured properly. Honestly, it’s difficult to suggest how Wren could improve the service—just send a Keith to every home!

The measurement of our rooms was completely hassle-free and didn’t take a lot of time, while still being very thorough and precise.
Our Wren representative was incredibly professional, polite and courteous. He even phoned us in advance to let us know that he was running early and to check if it was okay for him to arrive a little earlier, which we really appreciated.

Mr Gary Hickman recently visited our home to survey two bedrooms for fitted wardrobes due to limited storage space. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. Gary carefully measured everything required and, being ex-Royal Navy, we also enjoyed a good conversation about our shared experiences. A wren employee called from Humber region she was fantastic so helpful explained everything & sorted out my problem she was GEMMA.

We have purchased a full kitchen from them at almost 6k. We had a scheduled appointment to design the kitchen and then we had to wait for a professional engineer to confirm the design measurement otherwise we would not be able to proceed with the order. Well, the measurements were wrong and did not count the light switch so the installer had to short out a corner piece resulting on a disaster. The kitchen is no longer aligned and it looks odd. Wren didn't want to reimburse anything as we were supposed to check if their professional engineer was taking proper measurements.... Like paying a private doctor and then ask the GP if the other one did alright. And by the way, the quality is low, much lover than expected.
