We have been very happy with the quality of the kitchen units that have been supplied by Wrens in our recently renovated kitchen. The service we receive at Wren’s showroom in Norwich by Dean Harper in designing and advising on options that would work for our kitchen was of a very high standard, plus the aftercare customer service for exchanging parts or refunding un-used material from staff Liam Gwatkin has also been great.

Kafui was nice & polite and sorted out my missing parts to my wren kitchen.
He was patient and took time to listen to me.
He promised to ring me back within a time frame and stuck to the time frame and resolved the issues following up with an email to confirm this.

Do not buy this product, the laminate peels off all the panels. The first time it was within the first 12 months of installation and was just a couple of kick boards and cupboard doors. 3 years down the line, all the doors, all the exposed side panels (including breakfast bar) and kickboards. Wren have agreed to replace everything and we are currently in negotiation about cost (my builders installed the kitchen). But so far I have had no guarantee this will not happen again. Given a choice I would not have this product again and would prefer a total refund to allow me to walk away from Wren, I have no confidence in their products at this point.

As the items being replaced are decorative, there is no requirement for the kitchen units, worktops or taps to be removed as part of this process. To ensure that we are being fair and reasonable with the fitting contribution offered, our team has requested three fitting quotes from you for consideration. Our fitting costs are based on national average daily rates.
We appreciate your concerns regarding the longevity of the replacement products and hope that the resolution currently being worked towards provides reassurance. Our Case Management Team will continue to liaise with you directly to reach a suitable resolution.

Samuel was very helpful and helped me with sending videos of the affected cupboard. I was very disappointed that the 10 year guarentee that you pride yourselves for would not cover the damage to my kitchen door. Kitchens have steam and moisture alot of the time so why do the units not have enough coating to protect them. I appreciate Samuel gave me a discount but my kitchen is only 3 years old, dissapointed
