We have recently had our new Wren kitchen installed. Neil Mc Cluskey from Wren High Wycombe our designer was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and changing our mind about the colour scheme was not a problem. Neil recommended Mr Robert French of R & P Installations to carry out all the building and installation work along with Ben was fantastic, again nothing was too much trouble. We have ended up with a beautiful new kitchen. One tip from us don’t rush everything take your time and make plans to be without a kitchen for 4 weeks and your new kitchen will turn out great like ours.
We would thoroughly recommend WREN Neil and Rob thank you very much for all the hard work and patience.

Worst kitchen I have ever had. We spent 9k for a small kitchen and the quality is appalling. The worktop can't see water at all. If you put a glass of water on the worktop for a couple of minutes, that water stain is now permanent. If you wash something and some droplets fall onto it, more permanent marks. The sink it also of horrendous quality. When we contacted customer services we were met with a rude attitude saying we might not be using it correctly! How else should we use a sink and worktop if not to do our day to day kitchen chores????? Save your self money and headache and go to a decent kitchen store.

Dan and Ben were very nice and friendly. They delivered my units swiftly. They took care of my doors and flooring. They also were kind to my neighbours while delivering my units.

Vince, Bernard and their team were super efficient, very polite & tidy. Our location is down a really narrow country lane. They walked the track first ensuring they were aware of their surroundings. They made sure everything was stacked in a sensible location whilst maintaining access through thr garage. I was really impressed. Another great part of the Wren Experience.

Our fitter Andy was great. We have a great experience with his work although there were challenges with our design. Thank you very much.

... I would. The service we received from Wren was second to none. In fact, I don't think we have ever had something as important as a kitchen renovation so well handled.
From the moment we stepped foot in the showroom to being able to design our dream kitchen on screen to having the fitter come round to the finished product, everything was exceedingly well handled. And politely. And professionally.
Wren did not miss a single thing. Every time they said they - or one of their representatives - were going to do something, IT HAPPENED. On the right day and at the right time. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find that kind of reliability these days ?! Yes, of course you have. We've ALL been there. Well, not with Wren I wasn't.
I cannot praise them highly enough. Admittedly, I had not been expecting very much (as I have been battered down by so many deplorable customer service experiences over the years), but I don't think it would have mattered even if I had as there was nothing to complain about.
The only thing I would mention that I think you should be aware of is that fitter costs are EXTRA, and you really need to factor that into your thinking. (We had to find another 5K to complete the job.)
But it was worth it.
I hope it works out for you as well as it did for us...

Very good experience with Bethany from the High Wycombe branch. We changed our minds several times and she was very patient, helpful, and kept us up to date with various promotions regarding styles we had originally ruled out due to costs.

I had confidence in the professionalism of my designer, Neil. He was able to translate my ideas into a great design and he suggested features and changes I had not thought of. The end result was fantastic. My fitter, Rob, and his team did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. I'm enjoying my new kitchen and it has been much admired. I would thoroughly recommend Wren High Wycombe.

Damage to the kitchen. The longest process to getting the kitchen repaired. Rude and abusive kitchen fitter. I’ve had to constantly chase wren to get anything done. The worse customer experience I have known with any company. Horrendous.
