Fantastic delivery service
Father and son Andrew and Lewis made receiving delivery of my kitchen easy. They kept me informed before their arrival. On delivery they were polite, efficient and happy to accommodate my requests.

My Wren Kitchen
Wren Llandudno is a great place to order your kitchen from. From my first appointment with Chris Phelps to the finishing appointment, it was hassle free. I tweaked the design a few times and Chris was amazing, patient and understanding.
Unfortunately I was rather disappointed with the finish. I even cut my finger on one of the drawer handle screws.
Customer services were wonderful. They immediately sent a Field Installation Manager to my home to inspect the problem. In the meantime my son noticed that the work on the kitchen was not up to the expected standard and the Field Manager agreed with him. So following his visit he arranged for the necessary remedial work to be completed by the same fitters under our warranty.
This extra work took over 4hrs but they put everything right to a very acceptable standard.
A shame they had to be called back to achieve this.
I am very happy with the result and thanks to Wren Kitchens I am now enjoying my beautiful new kitchen.

A sweet memory
Abbi S was pleasant and courteous from the start. She politely asked where was the best place to park, and proceeded to park, with confidence and great care to our vehicle. She donned foot covering, and we entered the kitchen, when she needed access to cupboards she again was very polite, she measured quietly and efficiently, she asked if it was alright to take the pictures before taking them. She behaved as a polite guest and NOT with a ‘ I have a right to be here’ attitude. We exchanged friendly conversation, she greeted our dogs, and made the whole visit, a sweet memory.
