Kitchen fitting went well, but within two weeks two draws had bowed in the middle and we found a leak in the plumbing. Wren told us that we would need to find our own plumber to fix it, and when we did, the plumber found the pipe had been crushed and needed replacing. After 8 weeks we are still waiting for our refund for the plumber, and every communication is just closed with your issue has been dealt with. Recently, we discovered the grouting had not been sealed, and have now found a crack appearing in one of the doors. The door replacement was sent, but it was the wrong size. Latley, one of the kick boards fell out, so that one, who knows, maybe all of them, have not been fixed to the cupboard legs. Starting to feel it is a bit shabby now. A few weeks ago I went to put some coffee away and knocked the top plinth on the cupboard, and it moved backwards, turns out that was not fixed. Wren have said they will fix the issues and gave us a repair date. I took the day out of the office to be at home, and they did not turn up, and when I chased, I was told that we had not been booked in. Three days later we received an email saying all our issues had been resolved! Unbelievable.

I recently purchased a new kitchen from Wren, including pre-built cabinets, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from both a quality and customer service perspective.
While the units were well packed, several components were not in good condition once unpacked during installation. I also received two left-hand corner units instead of one left and one right, which required some assembly despite being prebuilt. Although the boxes were labelled correctly, both contained left-hand units, and Wren’s installation plan provided no guidance that the right-hand unit would need to be rotated to fit correctly.
In addition, the 600mm worktop supplied had a defect — the laminate did not fully cover the back edge. As my installer was already booked, I had no choice but to proceed with the installation. When I raised the issue with photographs, Wren’s customer service declined to offer any compensation, claiming the problem was caused by cutting the worktop. However, this is incorrect, as the installed depth remains 600mm.
Based on my experience, I would advise caution when purchasing from Wren, particularly if you plan to manage the installation yourself or use your own installer. There are alternative suppliers, such as DIY Kitchens, who provide better quality products and more supportive after-sales service.
