Delivery guys were very good and professional. Friendly and placed everything with care.

We have been waiting now 1 month for my kitchen to be finished we don't get any futher fowerd when we phone my house and conservatory is like a bomb has hit it no won cares about us and my young family wires hanging out of wall living with one plug socket it absolutely terrible the way the have left us i would highly recommend not to get a kitchen off them very bad run company will be going to social media and ombudsman terrible

Purchased a kitchen from Wren Paisley store 6 years ago. There were some mishaps but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they did rectify all the problems. I revisited the Paisley store in January and and purchased 2 wardrobes and arranged for fitting to commence this week on Wednesday 13/05/26. Fitter arrived and moaned that it was not his job to carry the materials up the stairs so refused to start the fit . Wren have now been very poor with communication displaying complete ignorance . This will definitely be the last time I order anything from the company as this week they have completely proved that all they care about is the contract being signed. They might seem professional in the showroom and when the surveyor arrives but beyond that there is no customer care. Some of the delivery was missing and when they did return with it , it was dumped outside (it was around £700 worth of materials ) my advice would be to avoid the company altogether.

Shocking dishonest rude incompetent.

Dawid and Scott did a great job and were very helpful explaining all the ins and outs of the delivery. All items were left in very neat and tidy way allowing us to still have free movement in the rooms were the stock/items were stacked

Friendly helpful Ross & Gibson delivered promptly and efficiently. Very obliging and practical with the order the units were placed.

Excellent Customer Experience from the team in Paisley which a mention to Becca for helping us through the process.

We had Kenny Price fit our kitchen and I can’t recommend him enough, great communication and professionalism.

First class delivery, boys turned up and delivered items all to location needed, banter was bang on. Great guys.

We cannot rate Wren highly enough! Everything from our first chat with our designer Rebecca, to the delivery and installation was done brilliantly. We’d particularly like to thank Kenny Prince and Brandon Esson not only for the speedy and quality installation but also for helping us with info on our other home projects and for going above and beyond whenever we need any help or advice after the install was complete. Our electrician Derek has also been wonderful and will definitely keep their numbers for any future needs we have! Thank you all

Placed order for supply only of fitted bedroom furniture and scheduled delivery. Scheduled fitter based on delivery. Delivery took place as scheduled, but I immediately identified an incorrect part. Replacement was only scheduled for delivery after fitter was schedule.

Wren have followed up with me on another potential issue regards an identified missing part, however that has turned out to be a labelling issue. Very difficult identifying whether all parts are present from labelling and through documentation supplied. This can only be achieved once everything has been fully unpackaged. Parts like the one in this case can only be identified when a replacement is required. I would recommend that Wren provide more comprehensive parts breakdown in their checklist that can be checked prior to scheduling tradesmen.

The guys delivering the furniture were helpful and just got on with the job. There was a lot of boxes to carry up stairs and they did this quickly and efficiently.

Purchased a new kitchen from Wren Kitchens Paisley Branch that part was fine.
Variety design advice all spot on.
Then the install started and the nightmare began.
Wren use self employed contractors to do the installation .
No respect for our property , did not clean up, and we had over x30 faults/parts missed not installed with our kitchen.
I found x4 parts that were missing from our kitchen in the old kitchen that was ripped out.
So we then had to go thru months of chasing up Wren to have the work completed and all the snagging completed.
Also the installer parked on our new driveway knowingly he had an oil leak and trashed our driveway.
So after months of stress and anxiety Wren offered compensation £220.00 , shocking after spending thousands.
And now we have had the snagging chap back as the hinges on the units have a fault.
So would we recommend Wren for a new kitchen.

NO stay clear

Wren needs to get the installation team in house so the ownership is with Wren from start to finish.

Our designer Max at the Wren kitchens Paisley was excellent. He designed and executed a beautiful kitchen in our budget and within the pretty strict time frame we had. The contractor wren used was also on time, efficient and considerate. He got the kitchen installed within the 5 days he’d agreed. Clean up was no hassle either, they go on with it a few days after kitchen was done. Really pleased with WREN and the staff at this branch.

I bought my kitchen through Wren Paisley and Abbey the designer was fabulous! She layout she designed was amazing and I love my kitchen! Alas a couple of doors were damaged upon arrival and Wren replaced them very easily. All I needed was to send in some photos. They also gave me a partial refund for a damaged unit, which my joiner had been able to patch up as it was hidden and he didn’t want to delay progress waiting on a replacement. All in all, delighted with the kitchen and the service, from Abbey in Paisley and Elouise at Customer Services.

Our fitter Mark Chadwick was first class via communication and timekeeping even when he was feeling under the weather himself he continued on to get our job complete. Went above and beyond to ensure everything was as it should be.

Found the wren process from start to finish very slick from designer Natalia Chmiel to our fitters Kenny Prince and Brandon it was a fantastic experience. Very pleased with kitchen quality and Kenny fitter was meticulous and helped guide our decisions.
Cannot recommend fitters and Wren enough.

The installation of my Wren kitchen by Kenny Prince and Brandon was excellent service and value. Kenny was professional, polite and his work was of a very high standard. I would recommend Kenny to do your Wren installation.

Nic in Wren showroom was very good designing my kitchen and nothing was too much bother. Good at making coffee. Kenny Prince was the fitter, who done an excellent job. He was always on time, tidy and a perfectionist. Really happy with the outcome of my kitchen.

Kenny and Brandon (kitchen fitters for Wren) were fantastic! very professional and considerate. They did an amazing job of my new kitchen nothing was a problem for them couldn’t be happier would recommend them 100% for North Ayrshire area. Thanks again guys!

The kitchen was ok, but things went wrong with it from early on and the follow up service is a disgrace.
A botched installation of the dishwasher caused a flood on day 2, but Wren offered no support whatsoever since it was their installer, not them that was responsible.
Then about 10 months later the dishwasher door fell off, but the process for reporting the issue was so complicated that I gave up and had to pay someone to fix it.
