Excellent service from start to finish even when we had a few very minor issues the customer service team was excellent and fully resolved the issue with no hassle.
The delivery of the kitchen was also an excellent service and I was kept up to date every step of the way.
Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Wren to anyone who is thinking of having a new kitchen.

The design and free measuring service is very good BUT installation time is slow, you can get a design and order in no time at all but getting it installed is another matter, as a result we cancelled BUT getting your money back takes 28 days, which is disgraceful, quick enough to take your money SLOW to return it. As a result we will never use or even consider Wren in future. Order No’s 49754823 and 49754789

When our new Kitchen was completed I was very unhappy with some of the workmanship. I submitted photos of my complaint to Lindsay Wrens installation team. She arranged replacement parts and a fitter to complete the work. I am now very please with the results and our New Wrens kitchen.

This was the worst kitchen company I have ever used. Their communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Changes were made to my order without my knowledge, which resulted in additional costs and significant delays to my kitchen installation.
I placed my order at the Shrewsbury store, and unfortunately, the advisor handling my order was very unreliable. He made several alterations without informing me, which caused a great deal of inconvenience.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good experience arranging fitted bedroom furniture at Wren Shrewsbury. Saw the design consultant Dean who was very polite, friendly and helpful. Saw him for an initial chat and he booked an appointment for a surveyor to come out and measure up within a few days. He also booked a return visit for us to go back to the showroom to design our bedroom the day after the surveyors visit. The surveyor was also polite, friendly and professional. He was very thorough making sure measurements were correct. We then went back to the showroom and saw Dean to design the layout. I was able to make a change a week or so later and then a templater came out to check measurements for the angled wardrobes for our sloping ceilings, and we finally placed the final order. I also received delivery and installation dates quite early in the process.
The only issue we had was when the furniture was delivered. The delivery guys were polite and I received delivery updates etc and a call when they were nearby. However after taking the majority of the bedroom furniture upstairs, they did not want to take four pre-built angled wardrobes up to our bedroom, saying they were too heavy. I did question how would the fitter manage to take them up alone if they couldn't together, but the wardobes were left in our garage after they contacted customer services and got the go-ahead to do that. Of course when the installer was then meant to come and install everything he didn't initially come on the day booked, a week later on a Saturday, saying he wouldn't be able to get the wardrobes upstairs alone. Exactly what I had said to the delivery guys! I couldn't speak to the customer service team at installations, as they weren't open at the weekend, so I called the Shrewsbury showroom and spoke to the assistant manager Rich. He was really understanding, polite and helpful and sent an email on my behalf to customer services.
I also ended up having to put a complaint in with a customer service manager at installations about it as was unsure at that stage when the furniture was being fitted. The manager Rourke was actually very good and helpful and initially tried to arrange a delivery team to come back out and move the wardrobes upstairs, and also liased with the installer. He then came out a couple of days later to start the installation and then he bought his son with him (who was training to be a carpenter at college) the next day to help, and they managed to get the wardobes upstairs. I was very pleased with the end result and the installer Lee was good, hard-working, very tidy and stayed very late in to the evening the last day to get everything completely finished, and he lived an hour and half away! Overall I am very pleased with the furniture, it looks great and is of good quality. I just think the delivery side of thing's needs to be sorted, because surely if bedroom furniture is being delivered, it needs to be delivered into a bedroom! Our installation was delayed 3 days because of the delivery.
I found everyone at Wren polite and helpful though, especially the staff at Shrewsbury and Rourke the customer service manager.

Wren are very pleased with the standard of Wren fitted cupboards etc but also will mention Lee Jones who fitted the 2 bedrooms. Real hard worker and did a great job throughout. Also cleaned up after . Definitely would recommend Wren and Lee

From design to installation the Wren team were very accommodating and did a first class job. Matt Carr gave us great advice with the design from the Shrewsbury office. The delivery team from Exeter, were on time and courteous and put the units into the property with care. Megan and Hayley were patient as we lived 300 miles away. And finally our installer AJ, did a first class job, keeping in constant dialogue to ensure everything went smoothly. All in all a great experience.

Amazing service. We had Julie help us with our kitchen design. Couldn’t fault her. What a lovely lady. So professional and she knew exactly what she was doing. She wasn’t pushy, she just guided and advised what was best for us. A pleasure to work with. We went to other places but they weren’t a patch on Wren. Their virtual technology to show you how your kitchen looks is fantastic. We went to a local rather large company in Whitchurch and it was dreadful, and not even decent internet to load their screen, so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Wren. My partner is a builder so he knows what he’s talking about with regards to fitting kitchens, so it’s going to look fantastic when it’s in. 😁
