UPDATE (12.05.2026)
Since posting this review on 1st May and receiving the reply from Daniela stating someone would get in touch "VERY SOON", I had a call from Taylor on Monday 4th May (not VERY SOON in my book given the circumstances). Taylor said he was the last person I would need to deal with - he would keep me informed of all activity and would be personally looking into and resolving the issues. He sent me an email confirming the same.
I haven't heard back from Taylor since then !! Despite sending him emails asking him to call me.
I had a call from an Installations Mgr who asked if she could come to the house to discuss the issues. I told her that all she really needed to do was confirm that the Wren Installer was coming on the 11th & 12th (Dates suggested to me over a week ago by the previous person at Wren who was managing the case) to complete the work. She insisted on coming - took some photos (for her report ....no benefit to me) and then wrote to me to confirm that the Wren Installer was coming on 11th & 12th May to complete the work.
Today (12th May) the installer has not yet been and I have not had a call from her, nor from Taylor, despite asking both to call me (although I would have expected both to call me without me asking).
To say I am exasperated is an understatement.
I really am not sure what to do next 🤷♀️
We have ordered a bedroom from Wren St Helens. The Wren fitter arrived, started to build the robes and alerted us that the design doesnt fit within the bedroom space. The Wren sales person had sent someone to digitally measure the bedroom, so they clearly hadnt done this properly.
The issue was identified on 7th April (Day 1). The fitter reported it to the installation team and provided a solution (he would cut the units to make them fit).
After a lot of chasing by me almost every day, today 1st May, we still have zero solution. Its very difficult to get in touch with the "Customer Service Team" as their phones don't get answered......imagine that (try calling the sales people to place your order ....instant availability).
So what the fitter described as a 2 day fit, is now in its 18th day (not inc weekends) and our house is upside down due to having to completely empty the bedroom for Wren.
DO NOT BUY FROM WREN ....when it goes bad, they are not interested.

We are very pleased with the delivery service provided the delivery people were excellent, very polite and helpful.
There was a query with one of the items I contacted Wren and spoke to Nicholas Allen who was extremely helpful and very patient with me and guided me through the process.

So far so bad, just had our order delivered ready for installation tomorrow bearing in mind this was cancelled from last week, the main part of the order is missing and one of the items are damaged, the St Helens store I ordered from doesn’t want anything to do with it and I cannot get through to head office, complete shambles.

I regret ever choosing Wren for my kitchen. This company is a complete mess, plagued by poor organisation, lack of staff, and a shocking inability to deliver what they promise.
This isn’t my first bad experience with them. I previously ordered bedroom wardrobes which, unbelievably, are still unfinished five months after the project began. Despite this, I made the mistake of trusting them again with my kitchen, and it has been one disaster after another.
Their so-called surveyors don’t even seem to know how to use a tape measure. The design was riddled with errors because they couldn’t measure the kitchen correctly. The only saving grace was the installers – one of whom was a private tradesman I hired myself – who worked around Wren’s catalogue of mistakes and somehow made it fit.
The real nightmare came with the worktops. Wren simply cannot handle templating. They left me waiting almost a month just to carry out the template measurement. When they finally turned up, they managed to get it wrong. Now I am being forced to wait another month for someone to come back and correct their blunder.
Wren is understaffed, unreliable, and careless. Their systems are broken, their communication is poor, and the customer is left to pick up the pieces. My advice is simple: avoid Wren at all costs.

Reading between the lines, I believe it's because the fitter has done absolutely none of the prep for supplementary work and quotations.
No new fitting date given. Now I'm stuck with a garage full of boxes and no fitting date.
