This experience was meant to be a happy and life changing experience but instead inflicted ungastly amount of stress that has not only impacted my personal life but also my work life. I was made to feel as if i was doing wrong and was constantly told its my fault and i need to purchase and pay for their mistakes which was a massive factor in the stress caused by Wren. In terms of communication i felt as if my enquiry was ignored and was given ultimatums rather than come to a solution to benefit a paying customer. It has caused me stress since the day i got my kitchen and the process of it all has become longer than expected. Ive been left feeling ignored and left to feel helpess at times, my experience was very hard for me and it is an experience i wouldn't want to experience again.

Very efficient kept me informed of time to expect them arriving.

Just had delivery of our new kitchen. We were kept updated on the app this morning re delivery times and received a phone call roughly an hour before delivery, which gave us a more specific arrival time. Both Kyle and Corey were very respectful towards us and our home. Both were sociable, put us at ease, very efficient, proffesional and placed everything very neatly.
During the whole process from visiting the store,deciding on the kitchen design, changing parts of our design and purchasing, the salesman, Jay, didn't put us under pressure to buy and gave good advice.
Can't wait to fit our new kitchen!

We had our built-in wardrobe fitted which is perfect! Exactly what we envisioned. Stewart, who fitted the wardrobe for us, was efficient, reliable and was easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much for him and he gave us good advice/suggestions. Would highly recommend Wren and Stewart.

Andris the fitter provided an excellent, and very skilled service, with attention to detail, discussing all aspects of the bedroom fitting. There was no mess at all and he even rehung the bedroom curtains.
There was a piece missing unfortunately but he contacted Wren straight away to order the part.
I would highly recommend him.

They were considerate towards us. Protected our flooring. Got on with the job in hand. Polite and courteous.

Extremely disappointed with Wren in Swansea. The service was great up until we signed the contract and that's when things unfortunately went downhill. The kitchen was delivered and although we stated on many occasions to our salesman we would be getting worktops else where we were charged £1500 for wooden worktop we don't want (we wanted a wooden breakfast bar and the rest in quartz), it's been the salesman's word against ours and Wren are refusing to take them back. We also ordered floor to ceiling wine racks, the delivery drivers refused to carry them up the stairs saying they were to heavy, that was 10 days ago, still waiting for them to be delivered with no date given as of yet, which is holding back the carpenters. They also charged us for 2 extractor fans (we only wanted 1), they still haven't collected it and we still haven't been given our money back, so they're just sitting in the kitchen in the way! Such a shame to have such poor customer service, with 3 current issues not being resolved they are not a company I would use again or recommend!

Absolutely disgusting service so far two lots of door handles for kitchen being delivered both damaged damaged tap which my wife cut her finger on and add to have stitches 4 weeks and 6 phone calls before we could get our cooker no they are telling us we've got a phone again to sort the angles out and phone to sort the taps out because they will not do anything for us at the Swansea store awful customer service

Was not offered to take rubbish away and anyway this would have cost an additional over 200pound.
Cornice on top of wardrobe did not fit so he found a piece and cut it in half so now in 2 pieces. The really heavy original pieces over 8 ft and very heavy we as disabled had to carry down the stairs and out. We were told we had to pay the rubbish collector anyway even though it was their mistake.
Would not recommend this Company at all or their recommend ed fitters.

Don’t tell you about hidden costs. Deny liability say that it’s in the contract, but “dry fit” never explained.
Designer didn’t tell me I would need additional plug sockets or plumbing adding more costs to the kitchen.
Never returned my calls and when emailed someone different replies each time not addressing the whole issue, just telling me to read page 15 of the contract!
Should be upfront to start with. Once they have your money they don’t want to know.
Charged me for a big panel I didn’t need cost £140 then had to prove it even though they had the details as they sold me the kitchen.
Replacement parts take forever to arrive, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it a zero I would.

Constantly made mistakes throughout the process with the plan, production and delivery, caused months of delays, offered no compensation or refunds due to fine print in contract only designed to cover them and their sloppy service
