Ho fatto un acquisto on line ma credo di essere stato truffato in quanto la merce non è mai arrivata. Ho scritto mail al venditore, che potete verificare qui sotto, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Oggi 20/9/2025 hanno clonato la mia carta di credito e addebitato lo stesso importo dell'acquisto mai ricevuto. Non fidatevi!
Salve, il 21/8/2025 ho fatto ordine, con successo di pagamento a Vostro favore come si evince dalla mail sottostante, per merce, a tutt'oggi, NON RIVEVUTA, anche se per il tracking "17TRACK" risulta consegnato, come si evince dallo screenshot allegato.
Mi sapreste dare delle spiegazioni in merito e in subordine indicarmi il corriere che ha effettuato consegna?
