Great product! I needed to return the swimming costume which didn't fit my daughter. Unfortunately I didn't receive the replies from Wuka in my emails, but they were extremely quick and efficient in resolving the matter via the online chat. Great products and excellent customer service
I love my period pants from Wuka — they’ve honestly been a game changer! One of my pairs had a small fault, but I got in touch and Prava sorted it straight away. They sent me a replacement with no hassle at all. Excellent products and great customer service — can’t recommend them enough!

Missing item
I have received my order (school pack for my underage daughter) with missing item. I have contacted WUKA via email and within 5 min I had a reply from Prava one of their team members. She was very polite, genuinely trying to help with the situation, understanding the disappointment my girl was feeling as this was a present for her - only just starting her journey to become a women. After I have submitted photos of the order, Prava has apologised again and dispatched the replacement for the missing item immediately. Prava is definitely valuable team member looking after customers whilst providing excellent customer service, she has rectified the mistake of a missing item with the right attitude and response.

Things go wrong but how a company deals…
Things go wrong but how a company deals with that makes all the difference. I had a faulty pair of pants and contacted WUKA to see what I could do. It had been a while since I'd ordered them as it was a multi pack. Sabina was quick to respond and apologise. She arranged a replacement pair be sent out and sent me a pre-paid label to send the faulty pair back so they could look to see what had gone wrong. When the replacements arrived there was even a little gift in there for me as well. Definitely one of my favourite companies - hence why I keep going back!

Great customer service and product
I am so happy with my WUKA products and service I received. I already had WUKA pants but purchased swim bottoms for myself and my teen daughter. Needed a different design
Bought these my daughter, they are a good idea and but very bad quality after the second time of my daughter wearing them both pairs have fell apart. They have since replaced both pairs with a better ones and these seem to fit well.

Outstanding Products and Customer Service
I have recently purchased the period pants for my daughter. We are so pleased we invested in them. The quality is amazing and the fit is perfect. I am now looking to purchase some swimwear ready for our holiday. I’ve been unsure of what size to purchase and the customer service has been outstanding when I’ve contacted Wuka for assistance. Prava has responded promptly with lots of good advice.

Great products and even better customer service
Not only does Wuka have great products, our favourite has to be the swimming costume, life saver for those times on holiday, but the customer service has been unreal.
Whenever I mentioned a slight issue, Prava, was very quick to offer advice and assistance and could not have been more helpful.

The customer service is excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Prava, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a good customer experience.
I had to return items that did not fit and Prava was on hand to help at every stage. There was then an issue receiving the new items from the postal service, and the items were returned to WUKA.
