I’ll never buy from again
So on July 10 2025 I was interested in buying a t shirt with Jan Zizka on it. I knew it was coming from the Czech Republic so I wanted to make sure it was gonna be the right size knowing shipping probably wouldn’t be cheap so I contacted customer service and asked them about sizing they told me to check out the sizing chart which they sent me a link to. So I checked out the sizing chart and other sizing charts in the United States to make sure it was be close. The sizing was the same so I asked the customer service rep what the material for the shirt would be and they said 100% cotton. Knowing that 100% cotton always shrinks. It has my whole life. It gets to be July 21 2025 and I haven’t heard anything about my order so I decided to contact wulflund again and they tell me it would take longer since it was out of stock and they had to make more and it said it on their site out of stock which it didn’t or I might not of order it. So I finally get this t shirt on Aug 1 2025 and it looks like the picture on line. So I put the shirt on and it’s huge. More like x large or bigger. Cause I always get a large if it’s a 100%? Cotton. Knowing it will shrink. So i take off the shirt and look at the tag. And it says ultra cotton which not knowing what ultra cotton was i looked it up online. It says it was shrunk to make sure it wouldn’t shrink. Meaning I should of gotten a smaller size. Since it’s not a 100% cotton. Which in all my correspondence before ordering I made sure sizing was right and going of what customer service said it was 100% cotton. If they would of just said ultra cotton I would of looked up what that meant or asked the customer service rep. So I contact customer service. They said all they could do was offer a 10% of my next order which wouldn’t even cover shipping. Then when I said I wanted to talk to someone in the corporate office they replied, this is how it’s gonna be handled, we won’t accept your claim stating we said it would have minimal shrinkage. (For a 100% cotton shirt?). Which they didn’t seem to care it’s not 100% cotton which they stated or I wouldn’t be placing this review. No refund no replacement no talk about helping me. And I contacted customer service cause it didn’t specify what it was made from. So if I could I would of gave this company no stars.

We fully understand how important it is for our customers to receive products that meet their expectations. The difference in shrinkage between the mentioned materials is so minimal that it should not cause a noticeable change in size. From the same period and batch, we have not received any similar complaints, and we have personally verified that the T-shirt does not shrink when washed according to the care instructions on the label.
We genuinely wish we could resolve this in a way that would be helpful for you, but unfortunately, in this particular case, there is no viable solution we can offer.

Clothes size’s are small
I ordered a few of the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 shirts in XXL as I like my shirts a little baggy unfortunately it was not the same as United States XXL size as ours is 42-45 inches or 111-116 in cm.
But the shirts I got was need less to say small. In the United States size’s they are about a medium to large.
The shirts look great I just can’t fit them.
If they start making them in my size I 100% would buy them again.
I’m 6’3” 225lbs for context.

I've purchased 3 items from Wulflund now with the intention of continuing to do so. I LOVE their Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 & 2 merch!! So far I've purchased the Coat of Arms shirt, Kingdom Come Deliverance Art Book, and their Kingdom Come Deliverance II mousepad/keyboard pad. I love everything I've received. Everything feels like good quality, the designs are perfect, shipping has been astonishingly fast. Their communication is excellent. I highly recommend them.
